Hola..welcome to your home away from home. It’s time to relax, rejuvenate and most importantly have fun. This 1,500 sq.ft 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has Ocean, Pool and Mountain views and is located on the 3rd floor and a 15 minute ride from the Puerta Vallarta airport. The condo complex is called Perla del Mar and has 26 units in total - a mini 'Melrose Place' without the drama on TV. It is fully equipped with all your kitchen needs, washer/dryer, CANADIAN Satellite and 32” TV, air conditioning in 3 areas of the condo, ceiling fans and a bbq on balcony. Towels and linens are provided. Sit out on the balcony under your Palapa or stroll up to the roof top common area and take in an incredible sunset overlooking the Pacific Ocean or enjoy your morning beverage. The view from the top is breath taking!
Bucerias is one of the most exciting communities with many restaurants, cafes, local shopping, fresh fruits and vegetables, and so many activities you can participate in. Bucerias has the feel of small town Mexico but with every convenience you desire. Your stay can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. You can lounge at the pool or stroll down to the beach on the Bay of Banderas (4 beach charis in unit) and take in the local activities or enjoy your time with a good book. Why not take in a massage at the beach ($20 US). Puerto Vallarta is a 30 minute cab or bus ride and the airport is approx. 20 minutes away. If you are the surfing type head up to Sayulita for the day (a half hour bus or cab ride). SUP (Standup Paddleboard) rental shop is a 5 minute walk. If Yoga is more your style there is a Yoga studio up the road - a 20 minute walk (or jump on the bus) or join the Fitness gym around the corner (you can pay for the time you are there) . There are a few wonderful golf courses close to the complex. The Mega grocery store – a 15 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride has everything you need for your stay or take a 2 minute stroll to the OXO (like a Mac's milk or Mike's mart store). On Sunday's head down to the market and pick up some local fresh produce or take the bus up to La Cruz and enjoy the very trendy and holistic options (15 minute bus ride). So many options...
The condo complex has security and at night requires a pass code to get in.

We arrived at the Perla del Mar later in the evening and were not quite sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. We were met by Alex, the security guard, as we were disembarking our taxi. Arrangements were made for us to be let in to our holiday condo by fellow condo owners, and rest of our trip continued to run smoothly. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything was in great working order and we had plenty of hot water! We would definately recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: John and I have been travelling to the Puerto Vallarta area for 12 years. We found beautiful Bucerias 6 years ago and fell in love with this wonderful town. The people are so friendly and you can stay as busy or as relaxed as you want. You can walk to everything you need and the ocean is so close. This is our home away from home.

Bucerias offers so much for the short term and long term visitor. You can dine from just $2 a meal for tacos on the street to an elegant dining environment. There is also so much inbetween for your dining pleasure. From pizza to pasta, all you can eat steak, rib and seafood nights to as much Mexican dishes that suit your taste buds (and as spicey as you like it)... There are local bands and entertainment to enjoy and if you are a biker or hiker there are so many options. If you like water sports it's just down the street or if you want to take in a round of golf or a yoga class it's also available. The list goes on as to why we bought. We feel very safe and welcomed by the locals. This is our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Perla del Mar complex has one of the nicest pools and what is wonderful about this complex is that you can go onto the roof top (4th floor) and enjoy your meal and take in a sunset. The view of Bay of Banderas is spectacular as well as the mountain views. Most importantly is the friendly people who stay at Perla del Mar.
