May 26 – June 30: $1100/week;
June 30 - July 29: $1300-$1400/week;
July 29 – Sept 1: $ 1100-$1300/week;
Sep-Dec: $400 - $795/week. Mini weeks and weekends available.
All rentals must add 10.5% sales tax and cleaning fee of $70.00 per rental week or period.
Condominium is 2 Bedroom/2 Bath which sleeps 4-6. It is uniquely located 2 blocks from the beach and across the street from Northside Park in North Ocean City, MD. The neighboring park is the site of the July 4th fireworks. The park has walking, jogging, and bike trails along with a large children's playground, softball, soccer and lacrosse fields. There is a large pier for crabbing and fishing. The building is also adjacent to a miniature golf course and has an outdoor pool. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance.

This unit was a pleasant surprise! The easy access to the park was great, the kids were able to walk by themselves and it was so easy to go crabbing in the morning and evenings! The master suite is not done justice on the site pictures. It is gorgeous! The master bath & bedroom were fantastic and VERY comfortable. All of the furnishing were clean and comfy. (enough that I want to buy new pillows at home). It was immaculate when we arrived..whoever takes care of the cleaning does a great job as well, we've stayed places where it has been questionable that it was even cleaned. This was NOT one of them. The pool was nice, never too crowded. Also great location by DQ & Sunsations which my kids loved. We enjoyed our stay enough that we'd like to stay again and always stay bayside. We've been going to oc for over 10 years, this is definitely one of the nicest units we've stayed in. The keyless entry and access to the outside closet was also a big bonus for the beach supplies.Loved it, very nice unit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
