It is a fabulous location for recreation enthusiasts! Come with your family and friends to enjoy endless opportunities fishing, swimming, hunting, snowmobiling, quad-ding, hiking, biking, long nature walks, jogging and of course suntanning on the beach.
Located on 9.8 acres there is plenty of room to play right where you are.
At the end of the day kick back and relax on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The main floor has a nice kitchen with all your cooking essentials, including a coffee maker. Master bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, living/dinning room open to the loft above, flat screen TV, small selection of DVDs, and electric fire place.
Upstairs you have a loft with double bed and a fantastic view of the mountains and lake.
Finished basement includes another bedroom with double/single bunk-bed, futon, cozy wood heater, laundry, and full bath.

We had the chance to take our family out to Nakusp this June, what a great vacation! Beautiful home and lots of room for the kids to play. There is a great big field that is perfect for endless soccer games. The water was still a little cold but that didn't stop us from enjoying the lake. Cant wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My girlfriend and I went out for the weekend and had a wonderful stay! The house is very spacious with lots of room out side to play. We enjoyed sunsets on the deck and the amazing views. Will come back for sure! Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

**Minimum 2 night stay** 2012/2013 rates are as follows: $195 a night email for September specials Please contact for weekly rental rates Cleaning fee is $20 a night up to 4 people. extra $10 per couple after that Accept credit card payments via PayPal (3% add fee) or e-mail money transfer $500 damage deposit is due at booking. Refundable minus $40 cancellation fee if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival. Full amount is due two weeks prior to arrival
