This beachfront condo is situated on the very popular Los Muertos Beach, which is a walking distance to most of the best restaurants and shops in the heart of the Old Town section of Puerto Vallarta (also called Zona Romantica). The condo is next to the Blue Chairs Hotel and 5 buildings from the La Palapa Restaurant.
The 1200 square foot unit located on the fourth floor is fully-furnished with excellently equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. It can accommodate four adults comfortably. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed facing the ocean while the other bedroom has two double-size beds that can be put together as one king-size bed. The dining room and living room area opens to the balcony with the beach and ocean views on all sides.
The condo has a 24 hour security and offers very friendly staffs at the front desk. There is a maid service twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Oceanfront paradise in Puerto Vallarta

This oceanfront condo is wonderful. The crashing surf lulls you to sleep (we did have to close the windows a bit to reduce the volume of the waves, as the surf was very high during our week there). The condo has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. The location is very convenient, right next door to the Blue Chairs Resort and beach, and within easy walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping. The local buses are easy to catch (and cheap) to go to further away places. We have stayed at a hotel in El Centro on previous visits, and much prefer the convenience of this condo, since we spend most of our time in Old Town anyway. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean, well maintained, and secure. The condo has a security gate at the front door, so you can leave the door open allowing the wonderful breeze to cool the unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
