  Had such a great time staying here!! The condo was perfect - it was more than clean and had more than enough room. The condo was one of the nicer ones we have ever stayed at! My son asked "can we come back here again?" We came up on the Friday before MA February Break - we skiid Attitash, for 3 days. The location of the Condo is AMAZING!! We parked at the Bear Peak Side of Attitash (it is always less crowded) it took us 10 min. The Condo has a great indoor heated pool with a game room and a large flat screen tv with a common area. My husband, son and his friends would hang out there while I got dinner ready. The washer dryer in the unit was a lifesaver with all the wet ski clothes we had. I cant say enough great things about our stay. Heavenly's Ski and Board rental is AWESOME!! And, Kringle Market and Pizza at the bottom of the Condo's hill is the best!!! Pizza ,Subs, Salads homemade - OJ milk bread .. they have whatever you need. The owners of the condo were super easy to deal with, we have already booked this summer with them.We want to try the hiking, fly fishing, canoeing / kayaking in the area!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  we just rented this condo. we were under the assumption it would be the one shown here, or at LEAST similar. what we got was VERY outdated unit. the kitchen was poorly stocked, and the worst part it was FILTHY. the dust was all over the place, rolling fur balls under the gas wood stove, on all the tv equipment. looked like it had not been cleaned since 1993. the "stereo" was an 8" boom-box with a cd player that didn't even work. the microwave did not work. the mirror light in the main bath didn't work. the worst thing was the bed in the second guest room was so old, and had a true valley in the middle. I mean really, it was almost impossible to sleep on. and it is in a very shoddily built main building. you can hear EVERY thing below, beside you in the other units. if you are looking for quiet, this is NOT the place to rent.

  My family and I stayed here one week this past summer. Upon arrival there was already something amiss. The towels and bed linen were piled in the tub from the previous renters and the place needed a good vacuuming. I guess there was a miscommunication with housekeeping. The owner was very apologetic and even treated us to dinner to make up for it. As the week progressed I began to notice some other things wrong. The advertisement for this rental stated there was an on site amenities center.I found out from another owner that they closed three years ago. They did however, have a membership at the Storybook Inn and we could use the pool there.Time to update the website. The water pressure in the hallway bathroom sink was next to nothing and the tp holder was broken. The shower liner in the back bedroom bath was full of mold and mildew. The remote controls for the tv and vcr in the back bedroom were missing. The resin chairs on the deck were filthy with one chair needing to be replaced (broken leg). I guess we were supposed to bring our own consumables such as liquid dish soap , night light bulbs, baggies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap etc.. I did inform the owner of all the above after our stay. The condo was spacious enough and it was in a mountain region so our stay wasn't a total loss. Also we were close to N.Conway and Story Land.

  Owner response: We have been renting our Condo at Chrimstmas Mountain since 2003, with very positive feedback and hundreds of repeat renters. We take this feedback very seriously and are addressing the issues commented on above. Unfortunatley, on the check-in date of our renter's stay, there was a misunderstanding with our cleaners. We held ourselves accountable and treated them to dinner as they were inconveinenced. We felt terrible. We contacted the cleaners immediately and the issue was rectified within one hour. As for the amenities center, we inform our renters about our new amenities center membership so there should be no surprises there with any of our renters. The Storybook Inn is very close by and offers all of the amenities we think our renters would like(i.e. indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, etc). Many of our renters have commented how great it is! As for the other items mentioned, we are having our cleaning company address the issues to replace the shower liners, locating the tv remote controls, and ensuring we have a supply of cleaning products, light bulbs, etc. The water pressure has never been an issue for us or any of our renters. We fully expect our condos to be a nice, clean and comfortable home-away-from-home for our renters as it is for us. That is our Goal! Thank you. Sincerely, Rhonda and Steve Harris
