This Spectacular Private 2 Story Custom built home is located on the South Brow of Petit Jean Mountain, with breathtaking views of the Arkansas River and Ada Valley. When entering the home you will be on the top floor, first you will enter the air lock entry and the cozy loft sitting room, overlooking the great room, full bath, Queen bedroom and full bed in Library then a second Queen bedroom. Down stairs you will find the Living are w/ a Tromby woodburning fireplace and a Formal dinning area. A large fully furnished Kitchen and a informal dinning, utility room and a powder room. The master bedroom has a King bed, large walk in closet, Spa Bathroom and a sunny sitting area w/ french doors leading out to the Hot Tub and the beautiful views of the whole Valley. The home is 3,000 sq feet.

We had a fun family time at the Light House. The weather was dismal on most days, but it didn't really matter. The home is large and wide open so no one in our group of 10 felt cramped. The beds are super comfortable and the view is fantastic. We loved the decks, hot tub, and grilling outside. The home was very clean, and one really nice feature is that even the skylights have blinds in the windows. Robin was so accomodating, even when we got our dates wrong. I also found the people in Arkansas to be really friendly, kind and caring. We hiked on the trails and ventured into close by caves and crystal digging!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The house was as advertised! The owner was easy to deal with and the house was a great place to stay! The property was perfect all the way down to the decks outside, but the hot tub and pool table were great finishers on day that we hiked in the state park 1-2 miles from property. So much better than any resort stay, truly a home away from home! Try the hikes, the Cedar Falls and Seven Hollows were the best! 2 adults and 3 teen boys loved this stay!! Thanks Robin!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This places is more beautiful than the pictures can even begin to capture. Robin the owner made our stay beautiful and inviting. For a romantic getaway or family vacation this house is perfect for anything. We will definitely return and encourage our friends and family to as well.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had such a wonderful time at the Light House over labor day weekend. The owner was very accommodating and caring. The environment was wonderful for the two families that went. There was plenty of sleeping room and entertainment. It was a great place to come back to after spending the day stomping around at area state parks.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I work on our Farm, We have 3 Poultry houses,Cattle, Horses, Donkey's and 2 Dogs, I feel very Blessed, I Love my family, animals and my Lord. hope you have a blessed day.
