This is a beautyfull apartment located in the heart of Venice.
It is very easy to reach it as it is situated at 100 meters from the waterbus stop "Giardini-Biennale".
The stop is served by all lines: 1-41-42-51-52-61-62, which guarantees good connection within Venice itself and with the islands (Lido di Venezia, Murano, Burano, Torcello…). With a panoramic walk of 15 minutes you will reach the main Square of the city: Piazza San Marco.
There are no bridges from the waterbus stop and the apartment.
A few steps away there is "Via Garibaldi", packed with shops of every kind, bars and restaurants.
The flat consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom (with shower).
It is on the ground floor (only two steps) and has a private entrance.
Seven windows look out onto the characteristic streets of the Castello area, where the real Venetians live but at the same time it is very peaceful. A few steps away is the Napoleonic "Serra" where you can see plants and flowers of many kind.
We suggest you to chose this apartment if you want to feel like at home and on the same time exploring Venice, an experience that you will never forget.

We was for the first time in Venice,a family with 2 girls( 8 and 3 years old).The location of this brightly apartament was great, near the public transport and short walk to San Marco...in fact we enjoyed daily this walk,near the laguna,in sunny days and fresh air. We travel for many years and we rent for long time ago apartaments on this site,and I can say that this apartament was the best value money can buy! Congratulation dear Luigia for all the details - the kitchen very, very well equiped (we cooked daily for the kids and was a real pleasure, beacause we had all we need), a very good and comfortable bads, and good taste all arround...,a little park with playground for kids just a few steps,supermarket and small shops just corner.The apartaments is perfect for family with children and more... We stayed with my boyfriend at this apartment, and we were very satisfied. Luigia and Eferem (the owners) were always very kind, and even went as far as to pick us up at the Vaporetto stop at midnight. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well appointed: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, heater, iron, TV, and towel warmer. The apartment is also extremely clean and well kept. It is located in the Giardini neighborhood, near the vaporetto stop and has supermarkets and shops nearby. I highly recommend Ca’ Sarina for a quiet and cozy stay in Venice!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

As all travel in Venice is by foot or boat this apartment is very convenient and it is very quiet. We were here for 5 nights and found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable. From the Giardini stop we found exploring all of Venice to be easy. On Via Garibaldi, a short walk from the apartment we found a grocery store, a bakery and delicious meals at Ristorante Biennale.
