The condominium shares a beautiful pool, just right to hop into when your skin is sunkissed and prickly from a day at the ocean. Condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, bodyboards and beach umbrella so that means you don't have to buy it or bring it! The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and an electric bbq for meals or snacks outside while you listen to the ocean. All linens are furnished and are first quality. The condo is equipped with a small washer and dryer.Two large flat screen tvs with dvd players complete the picture. Nearby are plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping at 2 giant oullet malls, mianture golf, the Alligator Farm golf courses, and beautiful and historic downtown St Augustine.

About the owner: We purchased this condo in this area when it was nothing but strings in the sand. It was ideal for the beautiful wide soft sandy beach and the location was perfect for a week or weekend getaway as it is only 45 minutes from our home. We get the glorius sunrise from our balcony and the stunning sunset out our back door. It is slightly more spacious than most other 2BR condos at Sea Haven, providing us with a convient pantry. When we took our boys with a friend or two the extra storage space came in handy.
Why the Owner Chose Crescent Beach:
Our condo is ideally located on one of the most beautiful stretches of white sandy beaches in North Florida. We are far enough away from the crowds but close enough to historic St. Augustine to pop into town for wonderful food, shopping and visiting local art galleries. The kids love nearby miniature golf and the Alligator Farm. The adults and teens love the TWO outlet malls nearby.
We are a short drive from the interstate so it makes travel to and from other nearby destinations such as Disney World, Ponte Vedre and Jacksonville convenient

The condo is so much more than a place to put your things while you go to the beach or the pool, though that is surely important. It is a place to snuggle up and take a nap when the afternoon showers come in, or a safe place to watch when the thunder storms move over the beach and head out over the ocean. It is a comfortable place to fix up an easy dinner for the family, then play some board games or watch a favorite dvd. It is a place to make delicious memories while surrounded by the beauty that is nature and while enjoying the beauty of this condo.
