Quiet, Spacious, Contemporary Bliss Close to Downtown...

  I was thinking of a getaway and not too far to drive from Newport Beach. I came across this property by word of mouth from a friend of mine in LA who had stayed there prior. I opened the door and was floored by the decor (whom ever owns this must have an incredilbe designer!) since everything was so modern, clean, contemporary and so comfortable. I felt like I was at a W hotel or something but the space was so big for a 2 bedroom. The kitchen and the tile on the backsplash and everything included was great to cook breakfast and dinners....we didn't even really want to go to a place to eat! There is another pool by the place and it's almost like a private pool to the condo. So comfortable and nice to be in. I was going out this week but it was rented! Next time! It's so quiet and such a carefree time and it's the best getaway from the daily grind of suburbia..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  I stayed at this condo with my family (6 of us) over Mother's Day weekend and HIGHLY recommend this condo!!! Very easy to locate and access and convenient to Downtown Palm Springs and attractions yet far enough way to remain quiet and relaxing from the action. The grounds of the complex are exceptionally maintained with trees and greenery all around for shade and instead of the dry desert look that so many places there opt for. From the moment we entered the unit, we were all in awe of the immaculate look and homey feel! Plenty of room for 6 people for sure! As mentioned in prior reviews, the complex overall was quiet with rarely anyone around and the pools mostly to ourselves. I can't wait to stay here again and STRONGLY recommend you book your next trip to Palm Springs at this condo!

  We stayed at this condo last June and were very pleased with our choice. We definitely will go back. We had everything we needed. It was so quiet and relaxing. Ideal location, with everything within a short driving distance, away from lots of traffic and crowds. We loved sitting on the patio having our morning coffee looking at the beautiful mountains and than again at nite with our glasses of wine. we loved how quiet the place was and how we rarely saw anyone on the property. Many times we even had the pool all to ourselves. Would definitely recommend.

  What a wonderful place to stay. Even though it overlooks the swimming pool, unless the windows are open (and even if they are) the unit is very quiet. You have beautiful views all around. The beds in both rooms are very, very comfortable. The unit itself is very spacious - large living room, two very large bedrooms with their own large bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen and dining area. The patio faces north and give a lot of privacy. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, night clubs - everything. Just a few short blocks from the main drag and downtown. A GREAT place to stay if you want to relax then go out to have fun.

  I live in Los Angeles and my nephew from "smalltown" Illinois came to visit for a while. It was his first time in LA and after being blown away by the sites of the big city we were ready for a change of scenery and a relaxing time around a pool and the clean, warm, desert air. So, we headed to Palm Springs and foregoing the usual hotel buzz, we booked some time in this terrific condo. This afforded a certain privacy and relaxed comfort, but was so close to downtown Palm Springs and the fantastic Riviera Resort and Spa AND the Spa Resort Casino that it was the best of two worlds for us. We could be right in the heart of things in 5 minutes, but worlds away in our own condo with all the amenities of home and more. This condo was is so beautifully decorated and comfortable, my nephew's mouth dropped when we opened the door. It was clean; perfectly in place and so intimate that it felt like we had actually walked into someone else's home. There are two pools and spas on the property; the smaller pool and spa being right outside the master bathroom balcony. The great thing was, it was like a private pool because no one else was using it. I love Palm Springs in the spring and summer, so thankfully most of the condo owners leave during the warm months leaving guests of this unit with the privacy unlike a hotel. And when we wanted a bit more lively scene, we popped over to the Riviera pool for some cocktails and a bite to eat. All in all, this is a great condo to vacation in or just to get a way for a while. I hesitate to write such a good review, because I want it to be available for me when I want to return. But, it's only fair to recommend a spot if you want a "home away from home" without all the hassle and hussle of a commercial hotel. Of course, there's no room service, but if you want to take control of your environment and have things the way you want them like you would in your own home, this is a great choice. I love it.
