We recently stayed at this lovely home for 9 nights with the use of a beautiful pristine pool surrounded by lush gardens and very private from the street, with the sound of birds in the mango trees at dawn and dusk every day! The caretaker was vigilent about keeping the grounds clear of falling leaves, and cleaned the pool twice while we were there. It was great having the outdoor cantina for entertaining, as well as the use of a BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of room for relaxing indoors and out. If we go to Lo de Marcos in November again when it is so hot and humid, we hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful swimming pool, very private. Nicely remodeled kitchen. Very spacious. Very airy and cool. No need for air conditioning. The ceiling fans were all we needed even in late May when the weather was pretty warm and humid. Excellent patio. The house had all the furnishings and amenities anyone could want. Easy walk to the beach. Very close to all the restaurants and markets. Of all the places we have rented on our stays in Lo De Marcos, this one was definately the best. We would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
