This split level water view home with a wrap around deck for your happy hour, morning coffee is a wonderful place to spend your vacation, lots of covered parking under house to sit and bar-b-que,
Plenty of room for boats, extra vehicles, etc.
The bedrooms are just a few steps up from the main living with a queen in master, two twins in 2nd bedroom and a queen in 3rd bedroom, lots of room and closets in each room.
Laundry room is in hallway close to bedrooms, large guest bath withtub/shower.
Private master bath with tub/shower, large eating bar and dining table that seats 6-8.
There are back stairs that lead to kitchen for unloading those groceries. Walk to the cute shops in downtown rockport, walk on water st.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous VRBO sites over the past few years and this home is at the top of the list. It is clean, roomy,well furnished and had everything. The porch with bay view is very nice. Sunrises right over the bay and the view is amazing with the palm trees in the foreground. The location is great, close to the shops in downtown Rockport, Rockport Beach, the Marina, and restaurants. I would higly recommend this to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Clean, spacious house in very nice neighborhood. My family had a great time. We were able to walk to the coast and to the shops downtown without any problems. I was able to bring my two dogs with me and had a chance to explore the neighborhood on our walks in the morning. Could see the sun rise over the water from the front of the house. Overall, it was a great experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car.
