This gorgeous, spacious, sunfilled villa sits on the 6th fairway of the premiere IMG El Conquistador Golf Course. This is a prime location, 3 minutes (less than 1 mile) from IMG Academies (and Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy), and 20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico's most beautiuful beaches including Siesta Key, Coquina, Longboat Key and Lido. The villa is beautifully appointed and has lovely views of the fairway and pond. A Golf Cart is also there for your use while playing golf or a quick ride to El Con's swimming pool!!
The villa is immaculate with an open and airy layout, decorated in cheerfull bright colors - a true Floridian home!

Covered car port (attached to the villa) can fit one car and the golf cart. Private driveway can accommodate several more cars.
El Conquistador is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Sarasota Airport, and 50 minutes from Tampa Airport.
Publix Grocery store is 5 minute drive.
Beautiful downtown Sarasota is 20 minute drive.

my son and his uncle used the beatiful Villa for a dhort stay of 12 days and they spend a great time. the property is in very good condition, absolutely clean, situated on a great Golf Court and what is a great service (especially to my son) the use of a Golf Kart was included. the owner is really a great person who very much ared abt the stay and I can recommend this property with best reating. we'll definitely choose the Villa gain for our next stay as it's so close to the IMG Academy and not far away from the great Beaches around.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I recently stayed in this villa. My son attended IMG golf camp this was a perfect location. We were able to use golf cart to drop him off in the morning and also to play golf. The villa came with everything we required we just had to shop for food. It was very clean owner Dave check on us to make sure we we're happy with the villa. Neighborhood is quiet but friendly not far from great beaches and Sarasota. We look forward to renting villa again next year. DwightRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
