My great-grandfather built this oceanfront cottage in the 1920's. Five generations of my family have enjoyed this unique retreat. The cottage sits at the ocean's edge where you will hear gulls, the distant clanging of a bell buoy, and the waves lapping at the rocks below. The sunsets are exquisite and the clean smell of salt air is both refreshing and relaxing. The cottage itself is semi-rustic but is clean and has been updated with a new kitchen (although no dishwasher).

About the owner: I am a clinical social worker in Cambridge, Massachusetts and live in southern New Hampshire. I am married with two college-age children. I have been coming to Peaks Island my entire life.
