The kitchen is stocked with all new utensils and linens with microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice maker and cooled filtered water dispensers. Rental includes Green Valley Recreation privileges with a very reasonable tenant fee for all 12 Green Valley Recreation facilities, one only a block away.
