  Loved staying here! The owner welcomed us to San Francisco when we arrived with a quick text and was always a phone call away and ready to help. The condo was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed - the huge couch was very comfy. Great transportation one block away. Very clean and very well maintained! We would definitely like to stay here in the future.

  This property is right in the heart of the Castro and has everything you could need. Joe makes sure to provide amenities that go above and beyond what you would expect and he is very helpful if any questions arise. The property was clean and well-cared for, and I would absolutely stay here again. -RH

  This was an excellent way to see the city. Right in the heart of the Castro and really close to the F line and the subway. Joe was excellent to work with. The apartment is small but cozy. Safe area with excellent covered of the street parking! Would definitely stay again.

  My family and I had a great time visiting San Francisco and we enjoyed being in the Castro area. There are many places to eat, drink, buy groceries and find things you may not find in the big city. We knew going in that space would be tight in the condo (4 adutls and 1 child) but we made it work. This area is close to the Muni transportation, you can walk to two parks that are great for small children and the Castro Theater is just down the road.

  My wife and I visited SF for apartment-hunting as used this apartment as our home base. It was fantastic. We loved it so much that we half-kidding asked Joe (the owner) if we could rent it for the foreseeable future. The location as optimal to get to anywhere in the city (near multiple bus routes as well as the subway) and the parking space is a huge bonus. The eat-in kitchen is great. It has all new appliances and allows you too comfortably eat in if you chose to do so. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of dresser space, and the closet was bigger than my closet at home! The main room has a large L couch and an enormous TV that allows you wind down after a fun day in the city. On top of it all, Joe was a great renter. Any little questions we had were quickly answered. Signing an agreement was a snap. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back here in the future.

  We really loved our time here. We used this as our home base to explore the city and Napa. It was nice to come home after a long day and have a place to park. The kitchen was great, the sofa was huge, and very comfy after a long day of walking around the city. The location was what really made if for us. We were within walking distance of everything! Joe was very quick to return calls and emails, excellent customer service. He was so patient when we were having an issue with the TV that was our mistake in the end. It was a very seamless stay. I would definitely stay here again!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
