Visit the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah's Casino, or the Biltmore Estate in nearby Asheville. The adventurous may enjoy snow skiing, downhill snow tubing, snowmobile riding, white water rafting, hiking, and horseback riding.
This six bedroom, six 1/2 bath luxury home is just ten blocks from historic downtown Waynesville with it's quaint shops and restaurants and next to Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska. Our home is easily accessible year round. Book one room or the entire inn.
A $300 security/damage deposit is required to secure a booking and will be returned within thirty days of departure, provided the home is left in its original excellent condition. Full payment, plus the cleaning fee is required one month prior to arrival. If booking is made within the 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental, including deposit and cleaning fee are to be sent in the form of certified funds via nex day service.
If a cancellation occurs during the time the owner has received the deposit, but prior to receiving the rental payment, the deposit will be forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and successful rental is obtained. If a cancellation occurs after the owner has received the deposit and the rental payment, the entire rental amount is forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and a successful rental is obtained; however, the deposit will be refunded regardless.
