  We stayed 7 nights in this darling apartment. Four women. Staying here made our visit to Paris so much more special. It was like we actually lived in Paris. We felt right at home in the neighborhood. The apartment was just the right size for the four of us and had everything we needed. Thank heavens for the elevator. The apartment IS on the 6th floor! All the reviews for this apartment are accurate. The neighborhood was perfect. There is a grocery store and a bakery just up the street. We visited each almost every day! The people were very friendly and understanding at our lack of speaking the French language. Even the gentleman at the Metro Station (which is also right there!) got a chuckle out of the American women trying to figure out how to buy Metro Tickets! There are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance of this apartment. And getting around on the Metro was a breeze (after we figured out the tickets). When people ask us what our favorite part of our trip to Paris was, we are all quick to reply "our apartment and the neighborhood we were in." And dealing with Antoine, the owner, was easy as well. He made paying easy and also provided wonderful directions to get into the apartment. You won't regret staying here if you are planning a trip to Paris.

  Ideal gelegenes Apartment (Eiffelturm und Arc de Triomphe lassen sich leicht zu Fuß erreichen) mit sehr guter Infrastruktur (Metro, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe). Es bot unserer großen Familie ( 2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) genug Platz und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Wifi), sehr sauber und wirklich charmant eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick auf die Dächer von Paris, einfach zauberhaft. Wir würden dieses Apartment sicher weiterempfehlen und kommen hoffentlich einmal wieder dorthin zurück!

  Vivimos en Austria y visitamos París entre el 24 y el 30 de marzo. Encontramos este apartamento encantador....limpio, bien equipado, con vista a los tejados parisinos que uno ve en pinturas y películas...un vecindario tranquilo y seguro, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Víctor Hugo en la cual hay un pequeño mercado, un Häagen Dazs, una panadería, dos bancos, flores, y una estación de la línea 2 del metro. A diez minutos del apto., en la Avenida Víctor Hugo, hay un estacionamiento subterráneo (debajo de un café Starbucks). La Torre de Eiffel está a más o menos 20 minutos a pié y el Arco de Triunfo a 30 minutos (2 minutos en el metro). Pudimos comunicarnos fácilmente con el dueño Antoine por E-mail y por teléfono. No dudamos en recomendar este apto. a amistades y familia y lo alquilaríamos una vez más de volver a París.

  This apartment was perfect accommodation for 7 days in Paris. It is located in a lovely area with all essential shops nearby, including a fantastic pastisterie. Metro station was very close and enabled us to travel anywhere we wanted to in Paris and stumble home a short distance at the end of a long day. Taxi rank and bus stop also very close. The apartment is quite spacious for Paris, with two separate sleeping areas and otehr neccessities such as washing machine, cooking essentials and wifi. The price was very reasonable Antoine was very helpful and easy to deal with.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  The location was ideal for us and close to the Victor Hugo Metro stop. Champs Elysees and the Arc de Tromp was a 15-20 minute walk. The Eiffel Tower was a 20-30 minute walk from the apartment. Many restaurants in the area. There is a partial view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom The apartment was clean and Antoine was great/easy to work with. We'd stay there again. Thanks, TIm

  The apartment is very charming and beautiful..the atmosphere is really familiar and in real Parisienne style!!The house is amazingly positioned 5 minutes away from Arc de Triomphe by foot and the neighborhood is really pretty. Furthermore, Antoine, the house host, is very nice and has been really kind and helpful. We will come back for sure.

  My family of 5 stayed at this apartment in July of 2012. The location is really nice, as it's just a 2 or 3 minute walk down to the Metro station. Lots of nice little markets very close as well (bread, groceries, coffee). The neighborhood is upscale, and extremely quiet, safe, and peaceful at night. The apartment is clean and decorated beautifully with antiques, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I felt like the apartment was compact, but comfortable. The loft really helped us, as 2 of my 3 daughters were able to sleep out of the main living area. The bathroom and bedroom are very small, but it really didn't matter to us that much. The apartment also has lots of windows and great views. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the skylight in the loft. Antoine was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The building has a tiny elevator, which is very handy, but was difficult to fit our luggage onto. We had a great time in Paris staying at this apartment, and I would definitely stay here again.

  My family of 5, consisting of 2 adults, 3 children(13,12,10) stayed at this apartment in August 2012 for 2 nights. We found it to be clean, comfortable and quaint. The neighbourhood is nice to walk around and there are many restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries in the immediate area. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, L'Arc de Triomphe and les Champs-Élysées. The subway station is close and easy to use. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and it is well equipped. We found the apartment reasonably priced and much more comfortable than a hotel room. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

  We used this apartment for 4 nights for a quick visit to Paris. We had lived in Paris before so we were familiar with this area. We chose the apartment for the location. There is a new market on Place Victor Hugo which makes it really nice for grocery shopping plus there is a mini market just down the street. Antoine is nice to work with. He provided great information about the apartment. We really liked using Paypal for payment which made it easy for us. We had forgotten to include the cleaning fee when we finalized our payment (it's written in light print so easy to miss) and we were able to send another payment later for that fee. Paypal made it easy for us to make that extra payment. I'd like to make a suggestion to Antoine to just include the cleaning fee in the rent to make it easier. We will probably use this place again since it worked so well for our family of 4. Thanks Antoine for maintaining such a great place!

  Clean nice appartment within walking distance to the arc de triumphe, excellent bakery around the corner, where we had braekfast. Landlord was very nice, allowed us to use the appartment a few hours earlier.
