  We have stayed in many vrbo properties and this was one of the most beautiful and certainly one of the cleanest. We were very comfortable in this immaculate home. Access to the white sandy beach is just a few houses away and there are views of the gulf and lake from the house and balcony. It was also very quiet.. Being a runner, biker, walker it was nice to have the path that went on forever right outside the neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a short drive. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. If we return to Destin we would only want to stay in this house.

  I took my family down for a last minute trip to Destin. I have stayed in many different places in Destin and this was by far the best. My family truly enjoyed the gated community Destiny By The Sea, especially for the private beaches. Palm Villa is a place I will be back to soon, I miss the house already and cherish all the memories that were made. Thanks, Avid Destin Vacationer

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this home as we celebrated my 65th birthday. It is a beautiful home with a very well equipped kitchen (if you choose to cook). Very convenient to all my favorite Destin places. Beautiful view from balcony. Gorgoeus pool area and the grounds are very well maintained. The owner was very helpful and very quick to email back when I had questions. We will definitely stay again!

  We went to this house for spring break last March. The house was in immaculate condition and recently updated with flat screen TV's in each room and new furniture throughout. The furniture was very comfortabe in all rooms! I even had silk sheets on my bed which felt good on my sunburn. The owner has thought of everything for a very pleasant stay - the beach towels were already laid out for us, the garage had boogie boards and bikes, and the all the electronics were easily labled. The house is located in a gated community on the beach. It's just steps to the beach and community pool. It's also just a mile or so to the Destin Commons where we went a lot to eat, shop, and go the movies at night after spending all day on the beach. There is also a biking/walking/jogging path right out the neighborhood gate that runs along the beach called Scenic 98. We loved Destin as it was very family friendly. Not a lot of bars. Just family restaurants, attractions and activities. We liked it so much we decided to go back to the same house just a few months later in May! And we liked Destin so much we are trying to buy our own place their now. Great house and great area to vacation!

  This is an awesome house! It is so close to the pool which the kids loved. The beach is such a short (and private) walk we were there within minutes. We got a lot of use out of the back porch where we would grill most of our dinners and watch the beautiful sunset. The furnishings both interior and exterior were everything we could hope for on vacation and then some! Courtney was awesome to work with, thanks for sharing your house with us!

  Our family and friends had a great time at Palm Villa in Destiny By the Sea. The furnishings were top notch and the view was great! We loved the huge balcony and enjoyed several meals there. It's also just a short walk to the beautiful private beach which is not as crowded as alot of the others. Great place to stay!! Thanks !!!

  This was my family’s first trip to Destin and we picked the perfect property to rent..! The house appeared to be brand new and had every amenity needed. Flat Screen TV’s in every bedroom and the TV/Entertainment system in the living room was over the top. The community is gated and in my opinion the best in the area. The house was just a short walk to the pool and beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We will defiantly be back again. Jon Bell

Cancellation policy:

Once you submit your booking request, we will email you a rental agreement within 24 hours which needs to be signed and faxed back to us. Your booking will not be confirmed 100% until we receive that rental agreement back.
