This home has an Amazing, unobstructed, 180 degree view over rancho santa fe and olivinhain. It extends all the way to del Mar and rancho penasquitos. In the summer time all the hot air balloons rise from the valley and create a picturesque view. Its quiet and tranquil, giving one a great get away for the summer. Its one of the highest points in all of Encinitas and therefore you get great afternoon breezes from the ocean.
Location is awesome for trips to the beach, Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Padre Stadium, Del Mar Races, Del Mar Fair, Anaheim Stadium, Sea World, Balboa Park, and especially the beach.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: I have lived on this street for 26 years. I live in the house next door and bought this home in 2007. I gutted it and remodeled it last summer. We love it here and will eventually move into this home. We have owned property on the beach, in olivenhain and all over and we love this location the best. There is a reason we have never left, come find out for yourself.
