Strikingly renovated in 2011, this modern designer home's orientation takes full advantage of spectacular mountain views, as stunning in both summer and winter. Spend your mornings on the over size sofa with a cup of coffee gazing at the mountains and enjoy the serene tranquility of the space. Don't be suprised to see deer or even a moose walking in the yard. Those same full view glass doors open to expose the covered patio for entertaining, or to enjoy the soft mountain breeze. The home was designed for comfort with attention to style and detail. The wood wall paneling is reclaimed as is the Poplar flooring. The living and dining rooms are separated by the dramatic gas fireplace that "continues" out to the patio through glass. An over size sofa is perfect for comfortable socializing with friends and family. The kitchen is modern, well stocked and efficient, and allows for easy entertaining and cooking with additional seating for 3 people at the counter. The dining room table seats 6 to 8 in comfort. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a seated vanity area, a heated floor plus a separate shower and toilet area. The modern guest bedroom also has a queen bed and it shares a bathroom with the bunk room (4twin beds). All bedrooms have ample closet space, as well both shelf and drawer storage and fine, fresh linens. The new efficient appliances include a washer, dryer in a separate laundry area so that you can drop off your wet bathing suits on your way in from the sumptuous new jacuzzi. Also enjoy the new Infrared BBQ for easy, delicious grilling on the deck.

About the owner: Our little family of 3 enjoys travel, soccer, outdoor activities and events. We bring our lab Buster with us to Park City - he LOVES the snow.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
This is our 2nd home in Park City, we've been vacationing here since before our son was born, we love it in the winter and the summer. We bought in Park Meadows because it's a great local neighborhood with easy access to all the ski resorts and everything that anyone could ever want to do in PC.
