About the owner: Currently live in Knoxville Tn in country grew up 60 miles south of Knoxville. Retired from health care. I enjoy visiting Daytona esp in the spring and fall. Very proud Grandparent of 17 year old grandson.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
I bought the property so my family and I would have a vacation spot in a safe and quiet area close to the beach and other Florida attractions. House is about 40 miles from DISNEY, MGM, SEA WORLD EPCOT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. DAYTONA SPEEDWAY 5 miles away. One hour drive to ST AUGUSTINE. LPGA GOLF MUSEUM 10 minute drive. One hour drive KENNEDY SPACE CENTER.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Screened patio is great place for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning and watch the birds and squirrels play and early evenings watching the kids (or adults) play in the pool. Pool area very private, fenced with 6 foot wooden fencing. The only traffic is residents who live on Waverly. Safe place kids bike riding.
