Welcome to the 7th hole. This NEW 4 bedroom 2 bath log sided ranch style home with garage. The living room with tv, the kitchen includes a dishwasher and all major and small appliances. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining and offers a queen sofa sleeper and gas fireplace and mounted flat screen tv. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in closet and a private bath with whirlpool tub and shower. The other 3 bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Additonal bathroom in the hallway. The deck offers outdoor dining, charcoal grill, firepit with its own additional seating, and a great view of the natural surroundings and the 7th hole. You're just a short walk away from the new clubhouse and indoor/outdoor pool on a quiet cul-de-sac.
This home requires a 3 minimum night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. All reservations are subject to a $30 non-refundable Reservation fee, and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee. A $250 security deposit is required for Memorial Day weekend and New Year's Eve weekend. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
