This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home offers great family amenities! Lots of personal touches make this home unique to every other. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, an additional twin day bed with trundle bed and has a private bath with whirlpool tub, DIRECTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed also. The common bathroom is located between these 2 bedrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, DIRECTV/VCR/DVD/CD/MP3, and Nintendo Game Cube. (Please bring your own games) The full kitchen has a dishwasher, breakfast bar and is open to the family room. The family room has a sofa, small pool table, ping pong table, bar and entertainment area including a DIRECTV/VCR/DVD/MP3/CD/STEREO, family board games, books, puzzles for all ages. Washer and dryer, 2 car garage, large deck with charcoal grill and fire pit.
Home has free high speed WIFI internet available for those who bring their laptop computers or other WIFI devices.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability.

All reservations are subject to a $30 non-refundable Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation, a $250 security deposit is required for Memorial Day week and New Year's Eve weekend. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.
