Welcome to our magnificent 3425sq ft 5 bedroom (2 King, 1 Queen, 4 twins & sofa bed), 5 bathroom, fully equipped villa offering an air conditioned games room (7ft Air hockey and Pool tables), spa and over sized 15ft x 30ft pool. Located in a tranquil part of Watersong -a prestigious gated community ideally situated within 15 minutes of Disney's Theme parks.
Our villa offers contemporary luxury, designed by a professional interior designer, providing more than enough space for your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation having two separate living areas, dining areas, and a two car garage. Outside, there is a spa, over sized pool, lanai and extended decking.
There is no finer way to unwind after a hectic day at the parks, than to sit in our spa with a cool drink and watch the sunset over the lake!
Heated Pool & Spa
We designed our 15ft x 30ft pool to maximise the swimming area whilst at the same time offering the best view of the lake from the spa. The decking has been extended to a sizeable 24ft x 40ft and this will provide more than enough space for you and your family to sit or lie out in the sun. The pool and spa are completely segregated providing safety for the children whilst not affecting the dining space beneath the lanai. The patio furniture is modern and airy – perfect in the hot sun.
Kitchen
This upgraded, spacious and well equipped hub of the villa is a great space, being open plan to the family, dining and breakfast areas. As such the oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer are stainless steel; the countertops are ‘zodiaq’ (which really shows off the natural beauty of quartz).There are all the ‘mod cons’ that you would expect and much more from a villa of this standard.
Family Room
The large open plan family room is ideal for relaxing in, be it night or day – with two sofas and a chair, tables and lamps. 50” LCD T.V, Blu Ray DVD, ceiling fan. It also provides easy access to the pool area, what more could you want?
Dining Room
The formal dining area is light and spacious and a perfect place for dining together as a family.
Breakfast Area
This casual eating area is situated conveniently adjoining the kitchen with views looking out across the lake. What a way to start the day.
Games Room.
Should the children (both young and old) still have energy after the theme parks or swimming pool, then there is a separate games room contained within the house that has a 7ft Air hockey table, together with a 7ft Pool table, a small drinks table and two bar stools – The room is air conditioned but also has a paddle fan for extra cooling! It can get quite competitive in this room.
Master Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom.
This beautifully appointed room has a King size bed together with matching bedside cabinets and dresser. Adding to the tone of this luxury room is a LCD T.V, D.VD player, for your additional comfort a ceiling paddle fan is fitted. A large walk in closet leads to-
The private en-suite bathroom which is stunningly tiled and offers ‘His’ & ‘Her’ cultured marble sinks, mirrors, vanity unit, corner Roman style soaking bath, large walk in shower, W.C, hairdryer together with a picturesque view over the lake.
A child cot & junior bed guard are also provided.
Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom.
This classically designed room also has a King sized bed, matching bedside cabinets and dresser. For your convenience and comfort there is a LCD T.V, large walk in closet and ceiling paddle fan.

Downstairs Master bedroom 3 & bathroom.
This comfortably furnished room has a Queen sized bed, bedside cabinets and dresser. For your convenience and comfort there is a LCD T.V, large walk in closet and paddle fan. The bathroom continues the theme with cultured marble sink, mirror, vanity unit, bath with step in shower and hairdryer.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom.
A tastefully decorated bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, dresser, T.V, paddle fan and walk in closet. The en-suite has a cultured marble sink, mirror, bath with step in shower and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5 with en-suite / shared bathroom.
(Bathroom only shared if you have guests using the sofa bed). Again a tastefully decorated bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, dresser, T.V and paddle fan. The en-suite has a cultured marble sink, mirror, bath with step in shower and hairdryer.
Loft / Family Room 2.
This large, comfortable area has a coffee table, two sofas (one of which doubles as a sofa bed for additional sleeping). It is a great place to have some quiet time, relax and unwind, read a book, or watch the T.V or a D.V.D.
Laundry Room
Nobody’s favourite room especially when you are on holiday, but, for your convenience there is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying racks and a dinette highchair is stored in here.
Security.
The villa has a monitored security alarm and in addition, a safe that is large enough to take most laptops.
WIFI Access / Free Long Distance calls.
Hi speed wireless internet is available. Unlimited local, long distance – International calls are however blocked.

Your villa really is first class. We have stayed in many nice places over the last 25 years in both Europe and the US and yours stands out as one of the best. We were very impressed with this vacation home. It was neat, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The location was very private and quiet and we felt very secure. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which was heated and very comfortable. After a very easy check-in. We arrived at a super clean home, better than we had expected. We stocked up the house and then picked up our children and grandchildren for a total of 10 people in the house. The air hockey game and the pool provided great times for the grand kids to get reacquainted. The location to Disney turned out to be great. About: Hi, we are Mike and Penny, an English family living in a beautiful thatched cottage (over 400 years old) in Shakespeare's picturesque Stratford Upon Avon - having three young daughters means that we are always very busy and therefore our time away is precious. We have family and friends who live in Florida, so over the years we have spent a lot of our free time here - we can quite safely say that we are Disney nuts.
Why Watersong:
Where we live in the UK is extremely picturesque and idyllic, the decision to buy our unique villa on Watersong was therefore easy, as this too is a very special place with fantastic amenities, offering a tranquil retreat in a idyllic setting yet only a short drive away from all that Orlando has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
A perfect way to start the day - watching the sunrise through the windows at the front of the house and to end the day, by enjoying sensational sunsets over the lake at the back.
Because the house is built on two levels, there is more than enough space to accommodate two large families without feeling like you are on in one an-others way.
And finally, we find that there is nothing better, than sitting in the spa after a busy day at the parks or sights with a cool drink in hand, watching the sun go down with nothing but the sounds of nature all around you.
