Three decks, one secluded and shaded, one dining and sunning deck off of living room and kitchen, and a roof-top deck with panoramic view of ocean and bay. All-weather wicker outdoor furniture seating for 12 including two chaises and two rockers, two bar stools, four arm chairs, two side chairs, and large, oval, outdoor, dining table seats eight. Deluxe pillow cushions.
New, wall-to-wall, wool, Karastan carpet throughout. Three queen-size master bedrooms with plush luxury beds and quality linens. One Victorian children's room with twin beds. Two tiled bathrooms, one with dressing area, plus an outdoor shower/foot wash.
