As guests staying in our unit, you will get major discounts at the two world-class golf courses in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our guests play at our low family member rate of only $50 at Waikoloa Kings' Golf Course, and $75 at Waikoloa Beach Course, Non-members pay $130 to $195. Now that's savings!
Our Private end unit Villa has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 15th Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in the luxury gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas.
As you enter our villa the dramatic 17 ft. ceilings and light filled spaces will take your breath away. Whether you came to relax or explore, you have found the perfect place to call home.
Tastefully furnished with warm woods, leather, and bamboo creating a sense of warmth with a tropical flair. The gourmet kitchen, featuring granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you need to create a wonderful meal.(spices, oil and vinegars, coffee provided) Relax and unwind on the lanai and feel the balmy breeze,as you watch the golfers go by. Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and bath on each level of our 2-story home. The living room features an entertainment cabinet with large TV and 5 by 1 surround sound. We have an assortment of DVDS, as well as books and games.
The upstairs master suite features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub as well as a spacious walk-in closet. There is a King bed, TV, DVD, ceiling fan and private lanai with views of the golf course.
The main floor guest room decorated with island furniture, has a queen bed, armoire with large TV and views of Mauna Lani and the Kohala Mtns. Full bath, washer and dryer.(we even include the laundry supplies)
COMPARE AND SAVE!!.This two story villa has no one above or below you. It feels more like home than an apartment. For your convenience we also provide boogie boards, snorkel gear,tennis rackets and balls, a variety of books and DVDS, beach towels and mats, and a cooler to ensure a wonderful getaway. For those of you that need to keep in touch we do have FREE INTERNET BROADBAND service and a fax machine. We have two sets of golf clubs,1 each men/women set.
The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbecues, air conditioned fitness center and tennis courts.
WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT is a self contained resort. Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Colony Villas
After a beautiful beach wedding on Maui in Dec 2006, Phil and I honeymooned on the Big Island. While we were enjoying the beauty of the island, our love of the ocean and golfing... we were also curious about the real estate market, and just couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit some open houses. Needless to say we went back Washington after purchasing our villa. Several vacations later we came to embrace this special place. In 2005 we took a leap of faith, and decided to move here full time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our biggest draw to the Colony Villas was the floor plan of the unit. It is a 2 story town home, with no one above or below you. It feels more like a home than an apartment. The 17ft ceilings makes it feel so march larger. The location of our unit is one of the best in the development. A beautiful southwest exposure with views of the golf course and Kohala mountains. We waited for almost a year for unit to be built, and it was well worth the wait.We love our condo as much today as we did when we first purchased it, and I am sure you will too.

At the queens shops you will find casual dining, grocery stores and plenty of shopping

Great townhouse condo on the 10th fairway with ALL the amenities you'd need. Kathi even added a second coffeemaker as my wife wants decaf. Complete with snorkel gear, boogie boards, clubs if you didn't drag your own, and just a nice comfortable set-up. Only good surprises! Like the trade winds but love the A/C after a hot round on the Beach course. We made full use of the low golf prices and played every other day. It was wonderfully quiet when we were there and felt we had the area to ourselves as we had no neighbors 90% of the time. And the Weber grill is right out the front door! Convenient for our ribeye steaks with that great Hawaiian kiawae smoke bbq sauce! Also this is a great location to head up to Waimea and take the high road to Hawi. That Red Water Cafe in Waimea is every bit as good as they say it is. You DO want to do your food shopping up there in Waimea at KTA or down in Kona (or at Costco) as the local market is quite overpriced. Look up the farmer's market days and get superb fresh veggies/salad stuff...and strawberry papaya too. Blue Hawaiian helicopters is right out the main gate for a wonderful air tour...super pilots and I've flown with a number of helicopter pilots for business and these guys are smooth. And down above Kona is a really great hidden restaurant called Holuakoa Garden Cafe. Take the winding 2 mile ride up and have a gourmet surprise. I think you can tell we loved our time here and are ready to go back. Kathi and Phil couldn't have been nicer, more accomodating, more helpful. This is all it should be and more. Good for a small family, great for a couple. Everything is there for you from laundry detergent to tissues to spices for cooking. Go and enjoy.

The staff was friendly and the property was so quiet, we felt like we were the only ones there. It was a wonderful time and we will be back again soon.

Kathi and Phil, We loved staying at 606. This is our first visit to the Big Island. We are sad to be leaving tomorrow. We visited Oahu last week and the 3 of us were crammed into a single hotel room. It was wonderful to have so much room and privacy here at your lovely villa. You have thought of everything! Jim golfed and appreciated the use of Phil's clubs. We used the coolers almost daily. We grilled steaks one night and agreed the entire process working with you could not have been more convenient.. We are in AWE of the Big Island. We hope to return again very soon.
