We have the EXECUTIVE KING'S GOLF CLUB GOLD MEMBERSHIP at the WAIKOLOA BEACH COURSE and KINGS COURSE.

As guests staying in our unit, you will get major discounts at the two world-class golf courses in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our guests play at our low family member rate of only $50 at Waikoloa Kings' Golf Course, and $75 at Waikoloa Beach Course, Non-members pay $130 to $195. Now that's savings!

Our Private end unit Villa has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 15th Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in the luxury gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas.

As you enter our villa the dramatic 17 ft. ceilings and light filled spaces will take your breath away. Whether you came to relax or explore, you have found the perfect place to call home.

Tastefully furnished with warm woods, leather, and bamboo creating a sense of warmth with a tropical flair. The gourmet kitchen, featuring granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you need to create a wonderful meal.(spices, oil and vinegars, coffee provided) Relax and unwind on the lanai and feel the balmy breeze,as you watch the golfers go by. Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and bath on each level of our 2-story home. The living room features an entertainment cabinet with large TV and 5 by 1 surround sound. We have an assortment of DVDS, as well as books and games.

The upstairs master suite features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub as well as a spacious walk-in closet. There is a King bed, TV, DVD, ceiling fan and private lanai with views of the golf course.

The main floor guest room decorated with island furniture, has a queen bed, armoire with large TV and views of Mauna Lani and the Kohala Mtns. Full bath, washer and dryer.(we even include the laundry supplies)

COMPARE AND SAVE!!.This two story villa has no one above or below you. It feels more like home than an apartment. For your convenience we also provide boogie boards, snorkel gear,tennis rackets and balls, a variety of books and DVDS, beach towels and mats, and a cooler to ensure a wonderful getaway. For those of you that need to keep in touch we do have FREE INTERNET BROADBAND service and a fax machine. We have two sets of golf clubs,1 each men/women set.

The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbecues, air conditioned fitness center and tennis courts.

WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT is a self contained resort. Featuring two golf courses, two hotels (Marriott and Hilton) and the "KINGS SHOPS"" with over 75,000 square feet of shopping, gourmet restaurants, art galleries and the "NEW QUEENS SHOPS" with a food pavilion, shopping, restaurants and a new grocery store and beautiful Aneahoomalu Bay .. also known as "A-BAY"...

Everything about it was perfect, from the spectacular 2 story foyer, lovely home furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, peaceful lanai with exceptional views, and immaculate cleaniness, to the fabulous Waikoloa location and sunny, calm weather we had for our amazing dolphin boat swim.   • We had a lovely stay at Kathi's unit. All you need to bring is food only. The owner had stocked a lot of beach activities and equipments for guest to use use, plus tons of beach towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything if you wish to cook. This unit floor plan is well layout. It will be our top choice to stay when we return. The golf discount is a big plus.

  • Kathi and Phil, We can't rave about your place enough. It was so immaculate and inviting from the moment we walked in until the moment we had to leave (7 days later). We took full advantage of everything offered as well, including the snorkel gear, the boogie boards, the beach chairs and mats, the tennis rackets, and the well-stocked supplies. We really didn't need to bring anything but ourselves and our clothes! Thank you for being so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend your place to anyone inquiring. Too bad it's so far away from where we live on the East coast or we would be back in a heartbeat! We had a fabulous time.

  • The second time around was even better than the first. Last November we stayed for 5 days and this November we stayed for a week. We won't ever stay for any less again!     Kathi: We are just back from Kona today (10/01) and wanted to thank you very much for having such a great place. I hope that we left everything in proper order. Please let me know if there were any problems or if we may not have understood the rules fully. Our friends arrived one day early, so they stayed with us for the last night. They liked it so much that they and we have decided to stay at your place in the future, rather than at Waikoloa Shores, if you will have us. The Shores is now very old, and there are no kitchen tools or cookware there anymore; the place was not clean at all. Very disappointing. We had stayed there many times over the past years, but there must be new owners or managers. Regards, Richard Honour
