  We had a group of 8 adults and stayed for the weekend. This place was perfect, location wise and was on a beautiful property. The deck in the backyard is perfect for a large group. The house has a comfortable feeling and we all fit well in the house. We would stay here again.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Owners were very accomodating and honest. Pictures do not do great room justice! We went during harvest time when Napa was in full swing. We awoke and drank coffee while looking at the hot air balloons hovered in front. The back yard is a amazing as well. A good tip: bring your own hair dryer (we did). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to coming back for years to come!

  We are frequent visitors, and this stay in Napa was amazing! The home was clean and ready upon our arrival. There is a great deck which is really nice for a family and friend stay. The property manager was able to book our wine tours, limo and dinner reservations, along with a bottle of wine. We will be staying here again next year!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Smoking is NOT allowed. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order Only use appliances for their intended uses Pets are NOT allowed. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to 1,000.00.
