The community has 4 LARGE POOLS, multiple LARGE HOT TUB, 18 hole onsite mini-golf, tennis courts onsite, basketball court onsite, shuffleboard onsite, and a onsite game room. The unit has two queen beds located upstairs and one king bed downstairs with a sofa sleeper in the living room area; sleeps a total of 8. Fully equipped kitchen and private patio. No smoking inside condo. Perfect for family and couples!! $200 deposit is required within 10 days of booking to hold the unit and will be returned within 14 days if no damages are determined to unit. A $90 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida taxes will be added to total cost of the unit.

$200 deposit must be received within 10 days of booking to blockout dates. The total rental amount due must be received 14 days prior to checking in. Rental agreement must be signed and sent in with deposit.

Also, a $200 deposit is required within 10 days of booking to hold the unit. The deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of departure with no damage to the unit.
