This Villa Condo is located on the upscale west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The complex is called Islander Villas and is one of the more upscale groups on the island and includes a large complex Ocean Front Pool with adjacent restaurant. The units are large and include elevators. There are several rows of units.
This is our first year listing this Villa at Ocean Isle on VRBO and we have some great introductory pricing that is less than similar properties in the Resort.
This villa is a beautiful 2nd row, 4BR/4BA Islander Villa is the closest unit in the entire Islander Resort to the Oceanfront Pool at the Isles Beach Club. The Isles Beach club also serves as your beach access. If you stay in another Islander Villa, you will walk further during your stay at Ocean Isle, unless you want to load the kids and your stuff into the car every morning! Several units promote nearness to the other beach walkway, but beware (if you plan to use the Ocean Front Pool and restaurant), these units are a car ride to the pool. The 4A Becky Villa is conveniently close to the pool and the poolside beach access.
Access to the Isles Beach Club is included with your rental. The Beach Club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and Tiki Bar, as well as outside seating for the Isles Restaurant.
Adjacent to the Isles parking lot, the walk from the Villa to the beach club is a breeze, and West First Street dead ends into the Beach Club only 4 houses down from the Villa. With only 4 houses past the Villa, the dead-end street does not have a lot of traffic and is a great place for the kids’ bikes or scooters, or to have a family game of corn hole.
There is a nice private and nice-sized covered balcony deck with chairs and rockers, which is displayed in the building photo.
The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed and TV, with separate sinks and an oversized jetted tub with shower in the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and its own microwave and mini-fridge. The ‘kids’ room’ has 2 double beds, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and a large separate armoire for extra storage.
The comfy family room includes a new 40” flat-screen HDTV with DVD player. The family room also offers a sleeper-sofa couch, love seat, and a leather chair/ottoman
A pack-n-play portable crib is included in the Villa for the little ones.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach:
The Islander Villas are the nicest units of this type on the Island. You cannot get this nice on the Ocean for less money on Ocean Isle, and Ocean Isle is already a great economical option when compared to the other area beaches. The Villa is quiet, it has a great beach and a wonderful ocean front pool. Within the Villas this one has a great location with a very convenient (closest walk of all the Villas) walk to the pool just a few yards away. You walk across a parking lot, but NO PUBLIC ROADS to cross.
In addition to the great location within the Villas, this Villa has been recently refreshened inside, which is done regularly. The furnishings are fresh and upscale. The bedrooms are large, and the bedding is nicely set up for your extended family.
The Villa has a very nice covered and shaded porch on the Ocean Side of the property.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
One of the most unique benefits of the property is the nice restaurant (The Isles) just a few steps from the pool. The Islander Villas have the nicest Ocean Front pool on the island.
Another unique benefit is the under building parking and the elevator. This is the only Villas (or condo) facility with 3 or less levels that has elevator.
