Front of House - Bethany Beach, DE - Delaware Vacation Rental - Home in Bear Trap Dunes! If you are looking for a beautifully decorated, yet comfortable vacation home, look no further. We have designed our no smoking, no pet home at the Village of Bear Trap Dunes Golf and Tennis Community with vacationers in mind. When we go on vacation we like to stay in a home that is comfortable, has privacy and is tastefully decorated. We have tried to incorporate those features into our home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Families and friends can gather in the kitchen/dining/great room area to eat, drink, watch a movie, listen to music or play a board game. Videos and family board games are provided. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances as well as a center island with bar stools. Relax in the fully enclosed sunroom and enjoy the beautiful pond view. Or, head out to the deck to get some sun or watch the geese go by. The gas grill makes for a fun BBQ out in the yard. Out front, 4 rockers await you on the front porch where you can sit in the shade, have a cool drink and people watch all at the same time. When it's privacy you want, there are 5 bedrooms each with a remote controlled TV available to get away from it all. There are 2 master suites on the first floor, one with a jacuzzi tub for those tired muscles that need a little TLC after a day of golf, tennis or swimming. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other has 2 twin beds. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a twin and full bed and another with 2 twin beds joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. A closed-off loft area with a VCR creates a fifth private bedroom so everyone has a place to call their own. When your guests have stayed too late to drive home, you'll find a pull-out couch in both the great room and sunroom. Sheets and towels are provided for the 5 bedrooms. An additional outside hot/cold shower is out back and a great place to rinse off the sand when you come home from the beach. The garage is a convenient place for your beach stuff, golf clubs, tennis racquet and your car. The beautiful community of Bear Trap Dunes has something for everyone. Our home is located within an easy walk of all amenities. Amenities include 27 holes of championship golf, a full service restaurant and bar in the clubhouse, a pro shop, 5 clay tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, recreation center with kiddy room, lounge area, free internet access and a fitness center with top of the line equipment. Greens fees are required for golf and a $20 per person per week fee is required (children age 4 and under are free) to access the above amenities and includes the beach shuttle which runs 7 days a week during the summer months into the town of Bethany. Our home is a great getaway for golfers, tennis buffs and families (two families can even share the house!). Come visit soon and come back again and again!
