  Hey Terrie, I'm sorry I hadn't email you back but we had a GREAT time. Your home was awesome. Very, very clean and all put together. We were bragging to everyone especially our family members whom we left back home how impress we were with our place LOL. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality. The view of the beach breath taking. I would love to stay again someday. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you for everything.   Hi Terrie We had a great holiday, the Condo was very clean and everything was provided for we did not want for anything. The building was immaculately kept and location was ideal and central for everything. The weather was great for 1st 2 weeks but had few thunderstorms 3rd week and last week was good again lots better than in Ontario (wish we were still there) Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your Condo it was a pleasure and if we return to Panama City Beach next year you can guarantee I will be in touch.   My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely condo. We loved watching the dolphins and manta rays from the balcony. We appreciated the convenience of using the umbrella and chairs provided by the owner, which saved us $30 per day. The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The jetted tub was really nice and it was awesome to have free WIFI in the condo. The pools and hot tubs were awesome and the grounds of the condo were wonderfully maintained. In addition the weather was phenomenal, the beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. Can't wait to come back!!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I have stayed in many condo's in Florida in the past, and this condo is by far the BEST I have stayed in. From the location of the condo to the crystal clear water and powder soft sand, the Majestic has me sold for all future condo rental needs in Florida. The condo is in the perfect location for walking to restaurants and local shopping centers. This condo is well decorated, modern, and makes you feel at home. The view of the beach from the balcony is AMAZING. Terrie is so nice and makes the rental process a breeze. We will definitely be returning soon. ~ Matt and April Happy Visitors of the Majestic

  Hi Terrie, We had WONDERFUL time! Your condo is beautiful!!! Sure wish we owned something like that. I could not get off the balcony. The view is stunning. We got back Monday night and its like we never left. Reality has a way of smacking you right back in the face. I sure hope that we can swing coming out there again. We all just loved it!!!   We were 2 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room. From the provided beach chairs and cooler, to all the kitchen "stuff", there is nothing more you could need. Great views from the balcony and everything is close by. The owner is very, very easy to work with and I would definitly stay here again!

  Terrie, hey girl I wanted to touch base with you and let you know we absolutely had a wonderful time in Florida. Your condo was wonderful. It is a perfect spot. The security and front desk reps at the majestic are so helpful there and always willing to help. Your view is wonderulf and I sure missed it this morning after I woke up.   Hi Terrie, We just wanted to say Thank You for letting us stay in your condo at the Majestic! It was absolutely perfect for our girls get-away! The extra space in the bunkroom with the second bath was really appreciated and we could each get ready and have our own room and not fight over bathroom time!! ;) We also especially enjoyed the Bar & Grill down by the pool and took advantage of that on several occasions!! We will recommend you to other friends who are looking for a beachfront condo that is clean and has fabulous beachfront views! You were awesome and great to work with! Cant wait to come back!
