  My husband and I stayed here on our recent trip to St. John. The locaiton was fabulous -- very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The unit was clean and new and well maintained, and the hosts were fantastic! The view is breathtaking! I would definately recommend this to anyone looking to visit St. John. It sure beats staying at an overpriced resort and you have all the comforts of home.

  I stayed at this location for 8 days. Owners were great and very accommodating. Condo is very clean and lively with amazing views of the bay just below. Location is very close to cruz bay, 10-15 minute walk into town. I would definitely stay in this location again and would recommend it to anyone!!!

  Property was well represented by the photo's and descriptions, and the view is even better. Very clean, quiet, with a location convenient to town. Perfect for a couple. Owner was friendly and professional. I would choose this rental again and would recommend it to my friends. It worked very well to rent a jeep to visit the beaches, and we were able to park at the jeep rental office in town free of charge when visiting the shops and restaurants. Highlights of our trip included: visiting Salt Pond Bay (south of Coral Bay) for snorkeling and hiking, was well worth the drive; the popular Reef Bay hike (thru Friends of the VI National Park), was glad we got reservations a month in advance; and a half-day fishing trip with World-Class Anglers, Captain Chris worked hard to provide us with an enjoyable and productive trip.

  This is a cute, clean apartment and perfect for a couple. Close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed (and more) was provided – we only had to pack our clothes and a camera. Upon our arrival Robert showed us where everything was. He had several maps ready and recommendations to help us decide where and what we may want to see and do during our stay. All his recommendations turned out to be exactly as he described. We also enjoyed a day trip to the BVI, at a discounted rate, thanks to an arrangement they have with a tour company. After a day of hiking and snorkeling, the apartment was nice to come home to. Most evenings we grilled our dinner while sitting on the patio watching the lovely sunsets. Since we visited during the hottest part of the year, the air conditioned bedroom was essential for quality rest. Robert was a perfect host, always accessible to answer questions but never intruded. Thanks for such a wonderful stay and I can recommend this property to honeymooners, seniors or couples inbetween! We'll be back and next time we'll rent a jeep so we can better explore St. John.

  What a lovely place to stay with a view.The condo is very inviting in many ways and close to town. For a rental unit,the kitchen was beyond our expectations as far as cleanliness and familiarity. There were plenty of places to shop and dine in town. We enjoyed the food at the Banana Deck and the drinks at Woody's especially the Bushwacker.We took a day trip to the British Virgin Islands on board the Bad Kitty. We snorkeled at "The Indians",had lunch on Cooper Island,visited The Baths and enjoyed White Bay on Jost Van Dyke.There The Soggie Dollar Bar is an attraction famous for a special drink called the PainKiler. Everywhere we went the water was a gorgeous color and the beaches were always inviting. Our experience was such that we will return to this vacation rental.
