Bright, spacious and airy end unit town home in the high-end retreat community “The Seasons.” This 2,100 square foot home is decorated in fun, hip mid-century modern style (think “Mad Men” at the beach) and complimented by beautiful art work. The space is sunny, welcoming and comfortable for the entire family.
'The Seasons' is nestled next to the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club. It is situated along the Wolf Pit Branch of the Kings Creek and has views of the Kings Creek Golf Course. Once a camping ground, the site maintains a sense of country retreat just minutes from the downtown buzz of Rehoboth Beach. 'The Seasons' has a large private community pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a beautiful scenic pond with fountains that light at night.
Your Rental Home Offers:
-A large open plan first floor with a welcoming foyer, super spacious kitchen open to the delightful dining room and comfortable and attractive living room.
-The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and ample cabinet space. The kitchen is well equipped with all the desired and necessary kitchen-ware. A large granite bar space with four stools allows for lots of extra seating.
-The dining room features a four seat glass table top Knoll dining room set.
-The living room offers multiple lounging sofas and a large flat screen TV – a perfect space to hang out, relax and even take a delightful afternoon nap.
-There is a lovely screened-in porch with both an attractive outdoor modern sofa and a table and chairs in which to enjoy summer dinners al fresco.
-The second floor offers three large bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed with comfortable and attractive head board, an expansive closet, and a large sun-filled window.
-Bedroom 2 offers two bunk beds (allowing four to sleep), two dressers, windows on two sides and a walk-in closet.
-Bedroom 3 is a large master suite, with a top of the line king sized bed, walk in closet, dresser, sitting area, and a beautiful master bathroom with a double sink. In addition, there is a TV in the master suite.
- A large hallway bathroom is shared for bedrooms 1 and 2, which features a double sink, shower and large bathtub.
- A new washer and dryer are also on the upper floor, making laundry easy and convenient to the bedrooms.

Three moms and five teenage girls escaped for a last weekend hurrah before school. This townhouse could not have been more wonderful for our outing. It was immaculate, well-stocked and beautifully decorated - so much better than most vacation rentals. Owners were very responsive to pre-trip questions. Plan to return again! Thanks so much!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay here with two kids in tow. The owners have kids, so the place is very much geared to their needs and interests. Were not sure what the "Mad Men" décor theme was about in the property description--grandma's castoff furniture from the 60s? Rest assured--it's really new, 60s retro-style furniture and the whole townhouse is very tastefully decorated. Really nice pool in the development, too.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house is beautiful with a great location!! The house is very large and spacious and very nicely decorated making you feel right at home. It is a VERY short drive to both the beach and the outlets! The pool is very nice and since it is such a new development and there are not very many houses in it, there is never very many people there. The owners have great communication. One thing that you should know is that check out time is 10 AM and you must wash all lines and towels before you leave.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We both grew up with beach retreats with family being one of our most treasured memories and wanted to recreate that experience for our family. We live in Washington DC and have two younger children who are always excited to get in the car and head to our beach retreat. We hope you and your family will share that experience as well.

We chose Rehoboth Beach for the great restaurants, tons of shopping, sense of small town community and natural beauty of the beaches. We spent a lot of time in the Rehoboth and Bethany Beach area in our younger years and knew the area well.

We loved the light of this end unit townhome and the green views out the side windows and the extra green space of the side yard. It feels private and tucked away in the community.
