The great room has 2 leather sofas with a 55' TV, digital cable, DVD/CD player.plus another sitting area in great room with 2 couches and 40 inch tv , Huge Glass Doors open to a private 11 by 46 Balcony with vinyl railings. When you look west you see the Geneva State Park Marina marker and when you look east you will see The Ashtabula Harbor Light House
