This stunning oceanfront Condo on A1A was just completed in May, 2004. This unit includes a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
You may actually want to cook while on vacation when you see the kitchen - granite countertops and high quality cookware. The bathrooms also have granite countertops and over-sized walk-in showers. The master bath has double sinks and a separate tub.
The master suite is especially spacious with views of the ocean through two windows, a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. All the beds have high count 100% cotton sheets.
The Surf Club at Matanza shores is gated with 24 hour security guard and under-ground parking. The new Mediterranean style pool is heated during the winter months and has a covered area with a huge gas grill and long expanse of granite counter and sink.
The rental also includes private gated access to the Intracoastal Waterway for day boat docking and great fishing.
There are dozens of excellent locally owned restaurants within minutes of the Condo and a wonderful seafood market close by that is open from October through April that features local oysters and other fresh seafood and fish.
