You simply walk right out the patio door to the beach and swimming pool from this ground level, superbly decorated and very nicely appointed three bedroom beach front condo. See and hear the ocean from the patio, living area and dining area. Sleeps eight in style -- king bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and two double beds in third bedroom. Master bedroom features adjoining dressing area and bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Completely equipped full kitchen; washing machine and dryer. Across street from small restaurants and shops, one of which offers free internet access. Free umbrella and two beach chairs are set up for you daily April through the end of October.

We absolutly LOVE staying at the Villas!!!! Our whole family makes an annual trip to Florida each year and we found the Villas 3 years ago!! They are perfect for families traveling together, but need more than one house to accomadate everyone!!! This Condo IS PERFECT for 2 families with kids or 3 families without kids.It is a small gated community right accross the street from Gulf place, and not far from tons of great local favorite places to eat. Some of our favorite things about this unit are that the pool is right out the living room window and the stairs down to the beach are just a few steps from the patio. The view is good from the first floor, their are some bushes that block a little bit of the view, but it is still beautiful. Also another plus of this first floor unit is off the patio is a small patch of grass that the kids can play on and be near the pool or ocean. The furnishing are great!! They are nice, but not so fancy that you are afraid to let the kids play and be kids. Lots of room to spread out and relax in all 3 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. Kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a quick dinner or nice gourmet meal. I can not say one BAD thing about this place. It has become like our own personal vacation home rental each year!!!! Also the owners are WOOOONDERFUL and very helpful with advise on resturants, nearby attreactions and other info.
Recommended for:Families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers.
