Welcome to Casa Delmar, located in upper Conchas Chinas, just a five minute drive south from Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica. Conchas Chinas Beach is a 15 minute walk down the hill.
Walking through the entry gate you will be greeted by the rock water falls that trickles down from the terrace above. Up the stairs from the entry gate the main terrace with it's large pool and expansive views of the ocean will astound you.
Casa Delmar is a contemporary Mexican style home with state-of-the-art amenities. Great location for the that special honeymoon or just getting together with a few friends to share a vacation.
For casual dinning enjoy daily breakfast on your covered pool terrace or indoors in the formal dinning room. A private cook can be arranged to grocery shop and prepare two full meals a day for additional cost.
The living room opens onto the terrace for fresh breezes and wonderful views or close the doors and blackout shades to watch a movie on the large flat-screen television.
Ascend the dramatic spiral staircase to the upper level to the master suite with king size pillow top bed and private large master suite bathroom with tub and shower with views of the ocean. There is also a private terrace with a retractable awning.
On the main level there are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and private terraces. One bedroom serves as an office with wireless internet when not in use as the 3rd bedroom. A queen size Murphy bed pulls down from the custom cabinetry. Both bedrooms have queen size pillow top beds.
This wonderful home is fully air conditioned and comes with housemaid service. There is a caretaker that lives on site that will pick you up at the airport, make tour arrangements, and provide additional security. We and also help with a rental car, dinner reservations or a professional masseuse.
