Welcome to our Beaver Village condominium located in the town of Winter Park, Colorado.
Our bright and open condominium has a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and forest views. It is located just 5 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort. Free ski shuttle bus picks you up in front of the condo every 30 minutes during the morning rush. Bring your lap top, we have FREE High Speed Internet service in the condo and at the clubhouse to keep connected to work, friends and family. The decks offer panoramic views of the Continental Divide and wooded views, a convenient yet secluded location and easy access to an endless variety of activities.
Our 2 bedroom unit is 950 square feet and sleeps six to eight comfortably.
It is decorated in mountain lodge style with all the amenities of home. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in master bedroom and living room (with DVD player), fireplace and barbecue. Linens are provided.
We even offer a "10% returning guest" discount.
The sleeping arrangements in the condo are a queen bed and a twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You have two full baths in each bedroom as well. We can sleep up to 8 guests.
Finished skiing? There is a clubhouse with an indoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna so you can relax before dinner. Want to dine out? You can walk to nearby restaurants and other attractions.

We are located 2 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort with all the amenities of home. Our condominium is one of the few complexes that have an indoor pool and hot tubs. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance. Ski shuttle bus picks you up in front of the condo, and takes you to the resort just 5 minutes away.

The condo we stayed in was quite comfy for our party of 4 - 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Nice to be able to have the convenience of a full kitchen for saving on our food budget. Great location for day trips, plus lots to do within blocks of the condo. Wooded area near balcony was great for watching the kids play, and looking for wildlife while enjoying the morning coffee or grilling dinner. Great family condo, we will be back next year.
