Welcome to our Beaver Village condominium located in the town of Winter Park, Colorado. We are are located just 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort, in a convenient yet secluded forest setting, just a couple blocks from shopping and restaurants.
Our bright second floor end unit has a large picture window, beautiful wooded views and is very private. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for all your cooking needs. Free WIFI is provided. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace after a day of outdoor activities. Free ski shuttle service picks you up right in front of the condo and takes you to the Winter Park Resort Village. It runs every 20minutes in the morning and less frequently throughout the day. We also have a gas grill on the back deck for your use.
After a long day of skiing enjoy the indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and laundry facilities at the nearby clubhouse.
The sleeping arrangements in the condo are a queen bed and a twin trundle bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You have a private full bath with double sinks in the master and a full bath in the guest room. Master bedroom has its own TV, as well as another TV in the living room.
We can sleep 6-8 guests comfortably.

We chose this condominium for its easy access from our home in Golden. Our 3 kids love to ski in winter/ hike & mountain bike in the summer and use the pool and hot tubs. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The condo is located 2 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort with all the amenities of home. The shuttle bus picks you in front of the condo. Our condominium is one of the few complexes that have an indoor pool and hot tubs. Our unit is close to the clubhouse, and away from the train tracks. Shopping, nightlife and dining are a short walking distance from us. Free internet service in the condo and all the amenities of home. Great wooded views from the back deck.

Well Supplied. As listed. Had a great time. Easy compute to slopes by bus every half hour. This was a first for us. A lot of different things going on.

We had a great time at Winter Park. Your condo is lovely.We rented two places for our 13 family members,including our 5 grandchildren. The two places worked perfectly.We had evening meals at the condo(Saved us money and could fix the grandkids their favorite meals.) We went snowmobiling. to the continental divide(rented snowmobiles across the street,Ride the Divide with Jake Wileyourwonderful,awesome guide).The kids went skiing,and some to ski school.Everything we wanted t do was very convvenient.Great location for us. the kids and grandkids will talk about this for a long time. Thanks for assisting in our great memories. The weather was perfect.Oh, and the comfortable beds for a well needed good nights sleep. It could not have been better. Thanks again. This was a great place for the six of us to eat, sleep, and hang out after skiing! The beds were comfortable, the place was roomy and clean, and everything worked. The location was very convenient because the ski shuttle stopped only about 15 yards yards from our room to take us to (and bring us back from) the mountain. And the pool / hot tub area nearby was perfect for post-skiing fun. Finally, the owners were great at answering questions and sending information.
