Our family really enjoyed this condo. We had a great time in Winter Park and staying at this condo was very convenient. It was very clean and had accurate description and included everything you would need in a condo. We would recommend this to friends and would stay here again.

Well Supplied. As listed. Had a great time. Easy compute to slopes by bus every half hour. This was a first for us. A lot of different things going on.

We had a great time at Winter Park. Your condo is lovely.We rented two places for our 13 family members,including our 5 grandchildren. The two places worked perfectly.We had evening meals at the condo(Saved us money and could fix the grandkids their favorite meals.) We went snowmobiling. to the continental divide(rented snowmobiles across the street,Ride the Divide with Jake Wileyourwonderful,awesome guide).The kids went skiing,and some to ski school.Everything we wanted t do was very convvenient.Great location for us. the kids and grandkids will talk about this for a long time. Thanks for assisting in our great memories. The weather was perfect.Oh, and the comfortable beds for a well needed good nights sleep. It could not have been better. Thanks again. This was a great place for the six of us to eat, sleep, and hang out after skiing! The beds were comfortable, the place was roomy and clean, and everything worked. The location was very convenient because the ski shuttle stopped only about 15 yards yards from our room to take us to (and bring us back from) the mountain. And the pool / hot tub area nearby was perfect for post-skiing fun. Finally, the owners were great at answering questions and sending information.

Had a great time although abbrieviated by a winter storm in the central plains. Great accommodation and comfortable for our party of 4. Super access to ski rentals and free transportation to the mountain. Only a few minutes away. The two bathrooms were a great asset, and plenty of kitchen wear to cook....if you want to.

The condo was clean with a nice view out the back. For some reason burning wood in the fireplace was a challenge. Probably the wood from the shed was too green. Second floor unit at the end of the complex did not have a lot of foot traffic going down the stairs, a plus. And was an easy walkup from the parking lot. Nice layout, functional. Rate was good. We'd come back

Winter Park Condo

This was our first time visiting Colorado and our first vacation involving winter activities. I found the information provided concerning the resort and surrounding area to be very accurate and informative. The owners of this particular unit were very responsive and helpful in answering questions and providing information. While visiting we found the following activities particularly enjoyable: Skiing, snowmobiling (Trailblazers), Snow Cat Tour and Hot Sulphur Springs. On a side note, my husband had some problems with altitude, and needed to seek medical attention. We went to the clinic right down the road from Beaver Village Condominiums, located in the building next to SaveALot. This is a small practice operated by a husband and wife team who were very helpful and even followed up with my husband later that evening to check on him. Should the need arise, I would highly recommend this practice.

The condo we stayed in was quite comfy for our party of 4 - 2 bedrooms / 2 baths. Nice to be able to have the convenience of a full kitchen for saving on our food budget. Great location for day trips, plus lots to do within blocks of the condo. Wooded area near balcony was great for watching the kids play, and looking for wildlife while enjoying the morning coffee or grilling dinner. Great family condo, we will be back next year.

Hi Karen! We had a blast this weekend. We were able to snowshoe on Saturday and cross country ski on Sunday. The weather was beautiful. It snowed on Saturday. We went to the national park on Sunday and found a gorgeous ski trail. We saw elk and deer outside of the park on the way back to Granby from RMNP. Chris and Rebecca snowboarded at Mary Jane both Sat & Sun. They were going to board again on Monday but decided to drive back when the temperatures were subzero and windy conditions. We enjoyed a dinner at Deno's Bistro on Sat night and breakfast at Mountain Rose. Both meals were delicious and we used the 15% discount coupon for each meal. We loved your home! We found Karen on her site and couldn't have been more pleased with the unit; location; and her follow-up! We had 4 adults; an 8 yr. old and 2 teen agers...the unit was great..and a super value! Adjacent to everything in W/P; bus service; and a totally prepared condo for guests. We've stayed in the 4* condos in Vail; Breck; and Copper...if you want laid back at a good price...try Karen's condo...you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time in the Winter Park area. The aspens were turning yellow, and the weather was wonderful. We are from East Texas and the snowfalls almost daily were beautiful. Each day we could return to our condo at Beaver Village and relax. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms had a bath, which was great. We had to change our reservation dates not once, but twice and Karen was always gracious when we talked to her. Thank you! We couldn't have asked for more. It was the perfect trip.

Enjoyed this wonderful condo and Winter Park during the summer...with lots of kids. With the recommendations of the condo owner we had a great time at the Resort and Alpine Slide, rafting, hiking, horseback riding, shopping, dining and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park! Just to let you know we had a wonderful time at your condo. We also want to express our thanks for setting up the accomodations with your neighbor for the second condo. Everyone at Beaver Village was absolutely GREAT to our entire group. The kids loved the swim pool, but as for the adults we went for the hot tub to rest our aching muscles. We would recommend your condo to anyone. We appreciated as well the tips on where to buy the 4 day lift passes. Kudos to you....

The condo was absolutely wonderful, extremely roomy, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the setting, the pool and hot tub at the recreation center. The shuttle bus was timely and very efficient-not having to drive and park at the ski area and just hop the bus was wonderful as well. The Condo and Beaver Villiage were wonderful. The location of the condominium was just perfect. Great access to the town of Winterpark (just a short walk from the condo). We were able to access some wonderful hiking trails from the Beaver Village complex. In addition, our boys loved the pool and hot tubs. The boys fished at the pond across the street from the condo. They caught four trout over two pounds each. In short, we had a great time in Winterpark. The condo was just perfect for our family of four. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a super get-away vacation.

I loved this condo because it has a bathroom in each bedroom, a very comfortable living room with a fireplace and balcony with a beautiful view. The kitchen is very easy to work in and is stocked with every utensil one would need. There is a bus that will take you to the ski lift at winter park right outside the condo. How easy is that? Great skiing and what a beautiful location. Since this is an end unit it is quiet and private and has additional windows. The furniture is nice and functional and there is a sofa bed for additional sleeping. The lodge has friendly people to ask questions of and the hot tub and pool are perfect for relaxing. 100% satisfied and would return anytime of the year. JEAN

Do yourself a favor and lease this condo for your trip to Winter Park. In February, my family and I enjoyed a great ski trip-especially enjoyed this beautiful Beaver Village condo, very clean and well furnished. Easy walking distance to restaurants and unique shopping. This condo has breathtaking views and is only 5 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort. We enjoyed the great clubhouse with a large indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna. The shuttle service was very punctual with our delivery to the base Resort Lodge with precision of seasoned veterans. This condo would be perfect for a winter or summer vacation. The Colorado Rockies are beautiful year round. Summers find visitors to the area hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, and boating at many locations including Grand Lake. The final analysis: A memory making vacation location with superb accomodations.

We really enjoy coming each year to ski at Winter Park and stay at the Burlet family condo. Everything you need is available for your use. We enjoyed the privacy and wooded views. Ski shuttle picks you up right in front of the condo. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation here summer or winter.

My son and I stayed here a week in the Summer. The decor was warm and comfortable, and all appliances were in fine working order. It was clean, and all services needed were provided by the front desk. There was plenty of privacy from adjoining units, and the view from the patio and windows was full of trees. The Burlet's were easy to work with in seting up our vacation plans. I would stay there again.
