My newly furnished one bedroom/two bathroom condominium features a new, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer, two color TV's on satellite, a quiet reading area, VCR, music, a tropical decor, quiet overhead fans, king bed in the master suite, a queen sleeper and a twin bed for additional sleeping accommodations, if needed, new carpeting, and is free from tropical mold. My condominium is most upgraded above the "Usual" rental property. It's the Most for the Money on Kauai!
My condominium is an "End unit" in the building so it is larger than an "Interior" unit and has windows down the side affording openness and is light and airy. It is centrally located in Princeville so it's near to everything including the full shopping center, restaurants, beaches, hotel, library, golf, spa, etc.
