Beautiful, clean, airy, updated cape perfect for family gatherings. House is 4BR/ 2 BA with a loft. There is a huge open kitchen and two living areas great for two families or parents with kids.
Property is located on a private road with only one other house. Cul-de-sac is a little over a mile away from either Nauset Light Bech or Coast Guard Beach. It is very close to the bike trail and everyone's favorite summer spot, Arnolds!

My family stayed at this house in July and loved it! We currently live in Georgia but are quite familiar with Cape Cod since we have family there and have been visiting for years, therefore, we have stayed many other places. No complaints at all at this property! The house was very clean, well equipped, well maintained, comfortable and located on a quiet, wooded, private drive. It has a large deck for outdoor seating and eating. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished . The location was perfect for us - close to the National Seashore Visitor's center, the Coast Guard and Nauset Light beaches and close to great food. One of our "routines" is to go for a morning walk on the Coast Guard beach (saw lots of seals) and were able to do it easily from here. Sam's Deli and Arnold's, two of our favorites, are close and we went more than once to each. We we're able to get from the property to the bike trail system with only a short ride on the road. We logged many miles on the trail! The owner was kind and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again next year. Thank You!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
