First and foremost, this great house is for families only. We do not rent to groups. Our homeowners' association won't allow it, and you will be evicted if you are not the group you say you are. Really, the neighbors are watching, so don't even try it!
Now, if you are a family group, you know, grandparents, kids and grandkids, may I present:
An absolutely fabulous house in a private community with a private beach. Inverted floorplan with the living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite on the third floor with views of the ocean and Rehoboth Bay. And the rooftop deck has even more spectacular views. This is a house designed for pleasure. Lounge about around the in-ground pool or sit in the hot tub. Watch a movie or browse through our collection of hundreds of books. Cook a great meal in the huge kitchen, furnished with beautiful Pfaltzgraff dishes and all the kitchen gizmos you might need. Have a cocktail at the bar furnished with an icemaker and lots of glassware. Or take in the Tanger Outlets if need some retail therapy.
This house has 7 bedrooms with a total of 9 queen beds. All the rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows. The master suite is on the 3rd floor. The 1st and 2nd floors each have one en-suite and two bedrooms sharing a hall bath. In addition, there is a powder room on the 3rd floor.
There is a second living area on the 2nd floor with a large television, ample seating, and our library with hundreds of books.

We have recently added a high efficiency washer and dryer to take care of all those towels.
Enjoy a properly chilled glass of wine from our beautiful wine cooler.
Wood burning fireplace - wait til you see it! It is a show-stopper.
Roof-top deck with plenty of chaise loungers and comfy chairs.
