It was a delightful stay for us; two adult couples. When we first walked in the door we were very happy at the look and feel of the house. It is also within easy walking distance of downtown, parks, the river etc. as described. Both couples said we would welcome another stay in the future at this lovely house. We enjoy cooking so we looked forward to our meals prepared in the lovely kitchen. Although we made do with what kitchen items that were provided, a couple more items were needed. The friendly/professional in-town property manager, Patrick, asked that we write down any recommendations of additional kitchen items and any improvements to our stay. He followed up on those request by giving us a call after our stay. We were happy to provide feedback on the items requested. Also, I am a height challenged person and I found it a great difficulty to take a shower in the master bathroom shower with the shower head installed very high. Again, we recommended to Patrick to maybe install a hand-held, Waterpik Showerhead for their short guests. The second upstairs bathroom has a lower showerhead which was not a problem.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We had such a great time here. The house is brand new and still has that new-house feel. Keep that in mind if you have rambunctious or messy tendencies. It's pristine right now and we didn't want to mess anything up. It was perfect for our family of 4 with kids under 10 and another couple. It has a townhouse layout with kitchen and living room downstairs and a double flight of stairs (to get past those lovely high ceilings) to 3 bedrooms upstairs. King, Queen and twin trundle. The house is stocked with all the basics and will no doubt have even more to offer in the future. We brought our own wine opener and hairdryer and did need those. Also, if you're light sensitive in the morning, the sun does come in and greet you so be ready for that. We're early risers so it wasn't much of an issue. Check with the owner for an update on that if you have any issues with early morning sun. The location is super quiet with an easy 10-15 minute walk to downtown along the river trail or a few blocks up and over on Wall Street. The owners were very responsive and their in-town helpers very hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
