Beautifully finished, brand new townhome with 2000 square feet of living area, vaulted ceilings, and mountain views from both the upper and lower level decks. This home feels very open with plenty of room to spread out, and it is comfortably furnished for your 'home away from home' experience. Curl up to read by the fire or drink your coffee on the deck after a long day of exploring near by Rocky Mountain National Park or shopping in the quaint, mountain town of Estes Park.
The master bedroom is on the ground level with queen bed and master bath. The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen and twin bed. There is a loft area upstairs with a double sofa sleeper for additional sleeping room. The second full bath is also upstairs. Both bedrooms, as well as the living/great room, have flat screen TVs with HD.
The kitchen is brand new with granite counter tops; dishes and coffee maker are ready to use!
This home offers a wonderful view for the 4th of July fireworks which are launched from the lake.

We stayed here the second week of June and enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen was beautiful and a joy to use. Everything we needed to help us cook with was provided and there was even tubberware for storage of leftover. We enjoy the view of the mountains from the deck and patio. The flat HD TV were wonderful and the kids enjoyed them very much. The house served our needs very well and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Estes Park or the RMNP. We are looking forward to rent again in the future. Also, Maggie was a great help!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Beautiful town house with a breathtaking view of the snow capped mountains. This would be an ideal place for a romantic get away or a family vacation. We look forward to coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Unobstructed view of Rocky Mountians and overlooking Estes Park. New well equiped Townhouse with Granite counters and stainless steel appliances and flat screen TV's. Woke up with Elk in the front yard one morning and Mule deer the next morning. A wonderful town house and we stayed four nights and will return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.
