Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort is a PRIVATE, gated resort that takes you away from the congestion, traffic, and people in Destin, for real relaxation. Families and Couples will enjoy tennis and the beach and hot tubbing without getting in the car. Children can come and go inside a SECLUDED neighborhood just like they do at home. What a wonderful place! Everything we were hoping for in a rental unit. VERY clean cottage. Spacious enough for us (4 adults and 6 & 7 year old). We had a awesome time at the pool and the beach was a short walk from the cottage. When we wanted to ride the tram to and from the beach it was not a problem. One phone call and within minutes we were picked up. Had a question about the internet connection and I contacted Randy and he had me up and going in no time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! We had a glorious vacation and look forward to staying at Randy's cottage when we return to Destin.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home; it was wonderful and we found the listing description and photographs accurate of the facilities. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in preparing us for our visit. We utilized the kitchen often during our visit and the dinnerware and cooking utensils were more than adequate for basic meals. We brought a few of our own kitchen items just in case and only needed a few things like a cheese grater, garlic press, and measuring cups/spoons. We spent some time at the beach and pool each day and the walk was quick and enjoyable, especially with walking past the water features.. We also took the shuttle a few times. The pool was large and and comfortable. Being so close to the pool was great and any noise at the pool was unnoticable. Our children really enjoyed sleeping in the loft and going up and down the spiral staircase. It was very convenient to have a bathroom in the loft area as well. Overall, we felt at home in this vacation rental and really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We didn't want to leave! Just one more day! We were able to stay for about a week and enjoyed every moment. The condo was so clean when we arrived and was very cozy for our family of four. Having the washer/dryer was so helpful for our beach towels, etc...The beds were almost too comfy to get out of in the morning. Even the screened in porch was a great place to eat, relax, and play games. The condo was very homey and the grounds were wonderfully landscaped. Really appreciated that shuttle at the end of our day at the beach. The shuttle was only a call away if it wasn't already outside. Ate at the grill by the pond near the beach-"Sea Dog"-nice guy-yummy burgers! Even the beach chair guys were nice and helpful. This was our 3rd visit to Destin and our first in Randy's unit. He was very available when we had an issue with the television. Got right back to us so we could fix the problem. Location for Hidden Dunes is great-near everything you need and more. If you are hesitating at all about a trip to Destin-go for it-you won't be disappointed. Beautiful water and beach and clean, comfy condo! We would love to come every summer! oh-the pool is wonderful and huge! nicely kept. Highly recommend-shopping, Another Broken Egg, Fudpuckers, Pompano Joe's, Rick's Crab Trap, Donut Hole, and The Track.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a great time at Hidden Dunes. The condo had everything we needed and more. We took two 12 year olds with us and could relax on the screened in porch but see them at the pool. Joe the golf cart driver was awesome. He was always available when we wanted a ride to the beach or would wave if we decided to walk. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. I would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This property is in an excellent location! It is close to all the amenities, without being surrounded by commercialism! Nothing is better than relaxing on the second floor screened in porch that overlooks the pool. The fountains below provide a pleasant backdrop for reading or a quiet dinner. It is a short walk to the beach or you can easily call the shuttle service to take you. We have stayed here for two years in a row with our three children and there is plenty of room and it's very clean! I can't wait to go back next year! Randy has an excellent piece of property in a gated community and you will be more than pleased with your stay and with his helpfulness! Make sure you take a short ride to Grayton Beach to The Red Bar. It's a great place to hang out and they have amazing Key Lime pie!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
