As new owners, we spent this spring upgrading our lovely condo for you. It is truly luxurious and exceeds Kapalua 'gold standards' with new kitchen appliances, accessories, lanai furnishings and SMART and flat-screen TVs. If you like stylish and new, then revel in new dishware, flatware, glassware, Cuisinart cookware and more.
Because we purchased late in winter, we have many openings in the summer calendar to fill. It is to your advantage! Please talk to us about the time and rate that you need to come to Maui!
Our condo is a ground level unit, so you have the best of both worlds - walk directly out the lanai onto the lush, green 10th hole of the famous Bay Golf Course. Of course you can gaze at the ocean while sipping coconut rum on thelanai.
Enjoy a fully and beautifully stocked kitchen, a new 47' smart tv, internet, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, toys for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and more) and parking.
There's no hassle getting around in Kapalua - simply call the Kapalua Shuttle and jump aboard. As a guest you have free door to door service to any of the fine restaurants, hotels and beaches within Kapalua.
If you've never been to Kapalua, you will be delightly surprised. It is the creme de la creme of Maui resorts. It is a tropical paradise whose physical beauty awes the most sophisticated world travelor.
For action, head to the water for world-class beaches (Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay and DJFleming beaches) and every conceivable ocean sport, including whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, deep sea fishing and more. 3minutes away!
Romantics can bask in luxurious oceanfront spas, fine dining with spectacular views and moonlit walks along the beach in balmy weather.
There are two championship golf courses in the resort: The Bay Course, which is off our patio, and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Tour in January. There is also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy encompassing 23 acres which offers individual instruction, golf school, and group clinics.
There is also amazing hiking, tennis at the Kapalua Tennis Center (1 minute away) and finally 4 sparkling blue swimming pools at our Kapalua Golf Villa.
A stay here is simply incomparable. Very importantly, you are dealing directly with the owner, someone who cares that you have a lovely time and will return year after year. The pricing reflects a true owner-direct. Our unit if rented through a professional management company would be a minimum of $275 per night and higher in holiday periods. We wish to pass this savings on to you.
The condo layout allows for a lock-off of the second bedroom. In case you wish only to rent the main room, master bedroom and bath, it is available but only in winter. The remaining bedroom and bath functions as a separate suite and can also be rented, similarly to a hotel room - lovely but without a kitchen.

Fresh, clean and comfortable! Loved it. Left on 06/13/2012 for a stay in March 2012 My parents, 2 young children and I stayed here for a week and loved it. It is beautifully renovated with an excellent open floor plan so it felt luxurious and intimate, yet still spacious. Very comfortable for 5 people. The new owners had just completed re-equipping the condo - new flatscreen TVs, bedding, etc. Everything in the kitchen was new (flatware, serving dishes, Cuisinart cookware, even the wine glasses) so we thoroughly enjoyed cooking and dining-in. I particularly loved our ground level location, which opened to the golf course, so my children could play on the lania and the manicured green grass. The owners were very accommodating and even lent my children boogie boards and sand toys to play with. Without hesitation, it deserves a 5 star rating. We plan to return next year and absolutely I would rent this unit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful condo. Newly remodeled and everything new. We have stayed at many condos in Kapalua and this is one of the nicest. My husband and I brought my mother with us this trip and she loved it. The condo is very well kept, comfortable and the kitchen is well furnished with the necessities. It has a great view of the Bay course. And you can walk to Pineapple Grill right off the patio. Close to the pool and a nice walk to the Honoloa store and the Ritz-Carlton. We were lucky enough to be the first renters of the new owners, Steven and Judith. Very nice couple.There are many stairs leading down to the front door, just an FYI. Beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Thank you Steven and Judith.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
