This charming property has a delightful owner and a wonderful housekeeper/cook. We were really spoiled The Casa is in a great location although a bit steep coming back from the Jardin. A bonus as it turned out. We were in much better shape when we left inspite of all the tasty food prepared for us by Veronica the house keeper / cook.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our recent stay at this property far exceeded our expectations. Prior to our arrival the communications with Sally, the owner were excellent and informative. Since driving the small, winding streets of SMA in a rental car is challenging she even offered to meet us on the outskirts of town and guide us to the property. The housekeeper greeted us with homemade guacamole and chilled white wine. Sally has considered everything to make her guests comfortable and feel pampered. There is a very well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings, comfortable beds and lots of places to perch (the rooftop terrace was our favorite). Because of the layout this is the perfect property for two couples with lots of privacy as well as great socializing spaces. The property is immaculate, very well maintained and no detail has been overlooked. One of the very best features of this house is its location. Restaurants and attractions are just minutes from the front doors and yet the street where the house is located is quiet, clean and peaceful. This is the perfect choice in San Miguel. We plan to return later this fall.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.
