The Laguna Estate radiates with the same opulence as the Malibu House. With 4400 square feet of indoor space, the Laguna House is laid out and designed in the same sleek finish, and adorned with dark earth hues as well.
The first floor is an airy affair, with clean lines in the exposed columns and arcing hallway entries. Sturdy glass window panels create an expansive view of the beach from the living room and dining area. Instead of woody accents, black and grey furnishings juxtapose with the white interiors. A high columnar space from the house ceiling to the first floor further accentuates the roominess of the place. The staircase of white and steel gracefully curves along the column and up to the second floor of the house. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms have a minimalist touch, some affording views of the blue waters of Boracay.
The property also features a game room, bar, and second kitchen area where homeowners can entertain guests or spend a casual day or evening. The 3000-square-foot outdoor space also provides a place for fun and entertainment, with a pool with evening lighting and roof deck terrace.

I came to Boracay to get sun, fresh air, and cool waters so the Laguna was a great fit for me. Tucked in the hills this place was great for relaxing and since Boracay is small enough all the beaches and more rowdy stuff were just a short drive away. The villa was beautiful. Everything seemed new the design was sleek and the space fit us nicely. I spent most of my time on the deck on the roof while the others did their thing. We chose the Laguna for the lower price and I don't think we got short changed at all. I definitely am looking to coming back to the island and to the Laguna again sometime in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our vacation was beyond amazing thanks to our rental! It was so modern and beautifully decorated. We had a large living room with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Everything was so clean and spotless. All of the rooms are air conditioned and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are large and the showers had a rainfall shower head, which I love. The owners and staff are so kind, helpful and accommodating, they made our stay even more relaxing. The private pool and sun-deck also had an incredible view of the beach. The whole property was very peaceful and safe. This is our favorite place to stay in the whole island because it is the perfect home away from home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The place is exactly what you see on their ad except, the view when you get there is more amazing. Waking up everyday was such an experience you dont even want to leave the house. The place is well maintained and cleaned daily by the housekeepers which are really nice and helpful. They were able to buy groceries for you and they can cook for you as well. The owners were pretty helpful and are ready to answer questions via email or phone, I specially like the fact that one of the owners personally stopped by to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends and realtives. If you haven't tried Kite Boarding I would recommend to try it and get a lesson from Merck who is one of the best kite boarders in Boracay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Upon arrival we were treated to stunning views, constant breezes, and extremly comfortable home set in such a way that you are always looking over water. All the rooms were very nicely appointed and very easy flow within the home The pool and the outdoor living areas were great and again with great views from all areas. We can hardly wait to go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place was fantastic. The house is incredible with unbelievable views from all over the house and the affinity pool. The game room downstairs has a pool table and is a great place to hang out and also has incredible views. The kitchen is also first class. It is also a great neighborhood with beautiful homes and great security. I have been to this Island over 10 times and this has to be the most serene and beautiful part of the Island. You will be treated like first class by the staff and they will take care of your every need.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is my dream house! The staff is very polite, food was great, very peaceful surroundings. The views from this house are amazing. Definitely staying here again next year and many times to come.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I designed and built this home ourselves. We chose this location for the perfect view that complete quietness that this place offers. The entire subdivision is fully gated and every home has unobstructed views of the ocean and surrounding islands.
