Vacation in the heart of colonial Mexico at Casa del Encanto, 26 Barranca, elegant and spacious home, WiFi, beautiful courtyard, multiple roof tops with bar, superb views, five minute walk to El Jardin and La Parroquia (main square and Cathedral), restaurants, entertainment, bars and boutiques. First Floor: 12-foot ceiling salon and dining area with French colonial doors that open onto courtyard, gas-log fireplace; adjacent gas-log fireplace with a coffee table and chairs for evening exterior enjoyment; a spiral stair leads to the roof decks; Off the courtyard to the West through twelve foot doors is the first of two suites with a sitting area, a sofa bed, gas-log fireplace, full bath, and a loft with a king-sized bed and a half bath. On the North side of the courtyard is another bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath. Up a short flight is the second suite - a sitting room with a gas-log fireplace, basic cable TV and (if desired) a single bed. Up another short stair leads to the bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bath, two walls of windows overlooking the courtyard and the roof deck views. The roof features three levels of terraced patios, tables and lounge chairs, abundant flowering plants, tables and lounge chairs, a bar with sink and refrigerator, and sweeping views to the North, South and West, including San Miguel, its cobblestone streets and multi-hued colors of houses.

Bedroom 2: This room has two levels. The King-sized bed is in an upper loft, very private and the pullout is on the main level with a gas log fireplace and private bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3: King sized bedding or 2 Twin beds, which ever you choose.... This room is on the main level. Bright, light and airy. It has a private full bath with shower and bathtub. Entertainment: cable TV and sunsets from the rooftop bar Kitchen: full kitchen; Outdoor furniture: In Courtyard table with chairs and coffee table with lounge chairs; on roof deck, two tables with chairs, lounge chairs; bar sink. refrigerator; views of the Parroquia, domes, spires, roof tops of central San Miguel, and Las Mojas Mountains; Communications: local phone and free Vonage phone to US and Canada; Conditions: no pets allowed; interior smoking not allowed; but allowed in Courtyard and on roof deck; Activities: golf, swimming, heath/beauty spas, horseback riding, gourmet restaurants, tennis, antiquing, hot air ballooning, shopping, mountain biking, live theater, hiking, Spanish language and art schools.
