This 3, (with guest house a 4 bedroom home) is truly a sanctuary from the hustle of Los Angeles. Elegantly styled for beauty and comfort this 3 bedroom home welcomes you and your family to one of the most prestigious areas of California, the Pacific Palisades.
The sea breeze greets you as you go up the steps to a veranda covered in blooming flowers. The front door opens to a large and casually chic dining room with fireplace. Rich oak floors lead to a bright kitchen and seating area where French doors invite you to an outdoor dining area. Relax in the oversized wicker furniture while listening to the central fountain. A small path goes to the separate guest house with a full bath.
A second set of French doors also open to the pretty garden from the luxurious yet comfortable living room with separate seating areas, a fireplace and bar.
There are two bedrooms or one bedroom and an office with a full bath downstairs and a large master suite with fireplace, veranda and couples bathroom upstairs. Everything is done with understated style which provides luxurious comfortable furniture, delightful colors and sensual eating areas.
The Palisades is a great location. Five minute drive to the beach or a 15 minute walk to the village of the Palisades for shops of every kind. Drive up to Malibu in 10 minutes or, traffic willing, be in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Dr or downtown LA in 30. Our home provides a place where you can recharge and enjoy a calm retreat with relaxed glamour and simple styling.

We had the great fortune to stay in the Moriarty's guesthouse for 4 nights just a week ago. It was a very last minute reservation but they were charming and the guesthouse was super. Lovely location, great garden and fountain plus it was immaculate. Just what we needed. THANKS!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Rates
$3650.00 a week throughout the year four night minimum House is not available between Thanksgiving and Christmas Deposit is made by check in 1/2 the amount of the total rental. 2 weeks in advance of the rental the entire rental amount is due. The 1/2 of total rent deposit is returned 5 days after rental period is over provided there are no damages. Guest house can be rented separately $1000.week We suggest all renters take out rental insurance.
